The Bible has every single situation known to today's man. Greed, lust, pride, how to raise the kids, Karma, how to deal with jealousy, baby mama drama, absolutely everything the world is no different 2000 years later just the shoes got better hahaha. I let the book of Psalms play while I'm sleeping I listen to the Book of Proverbs while I'm driving these two books alone have shaped my life. This means once God puts his Spirit in you He will start to convict you and will help you to become a new person in Christ Jesus. If you're already saved and continues to battle sin then you're not alone. Sometimes it takes years before one can become the person Christ wants them to be. It took me years to get pass the temptations and bad habits. One thing I had to do. I had to submit. I had to admit to God that I couldn't do it on my own. I need His help. Meanwhile, I kept my focus on Christ. I praised Him and read my Bible, I conversated with Him. I did not think about the bad habits nor bad behaviors......and then, HALLELUJAH THANK YOU LORD, I WAS FREE. Believe me, if someone had told me over a year ago that I would be free from all the crap I was bound to I wouldn't have believed it. God is amazing. My advice to you; submit. God won't force you but He is a merciful Father. Not one second is guaranteed to any of us. The truth is God is love but He can't put up with sin forever bc He is a Holy God. Submit like I did. Wow just seen this post three years ago. I Was in a very dark place then, addicted to pills, marriage falling apart and my children riseing up, and on top of those issues diabetes trying kill me.. Well been three years off pills, my hope has been renewed... I must say that it has been a struggle... but there is progress... I'm understanding that I dont wont to forget what He has done and is doing in my life.. Wow just seen this post three years ago. I Was in a very dark place then, addicted to pills, marriage falling apart and my children riseing up, and on top of those issues diabetes trying kill me..
Well been three years off pills, my hope has been renewed... I must say that it has been a struggle... but there is progress... I'm understanding that I dont wont to forget what He has done and is doing in my life.. When death is present I believe that He will show us that He is who He is and can accomplish anything according to He will.....LOVE
