At case 2 (road block, 2:04), the driver may have cleared the road block by ramming the blocking cars in reverse, just like Matt Damon with a Chevrolet Impala in The Bourne Ultimatum.

Pretty cool vid!! It was like an action movie. Don't know the next time I'm going to be coming across exploding roads though. If I do, then I got the right car for the job.... haha!
@iaberis as mentioned, it's a training. Of course we don't shoot with real guns in a training ;-). But we attached a video-reply of an older BMW TV video. You can see tests with real guns there. Greetings from Bavaria.

@piposak The part of the car was just pushed in and the pressure made it pop out so it isn't actually self repairing. Just like you made a dent in a soda can then squeeze the sides it pops out because of the pressure.

@iaberis, The 7 high security can withstand explosions, and pretty much all ammunition that terrorists would use. I'm not so sure about .50 caliber rounds, but almost no armour on vehicles like this can withstand it.

What is the competitive advantage of a BMW vs any other vehicle? All you're showing me is that the skilled driver is doing the work - you aren't showing that ONLY a BMW should be considered for security details.
