Julianne and Natalie are flawless as expected, but having seen the film, the actor nominations campaign clearly needs a third person because I was not ready for how brilliant Charles Melton's performance was. Best supporting actor nominees better be shaking in their boots.

@@jaypostsvideos4011 My parents literally have a 12 year age gap, my mother being the older one. The difference is they met when he was in his late 20's and she her late 30's - they married at 27 & 39. My opinion is nothing to do with the woman being older, perhaps refrain from making such bold assumptions. This is about him being in his teens and her being a middle aged woman when they met. If it was a middle aged man and a girl under 20 there would probably be even more outrage so I have no idea how you're claiming it's only a problem because the woman is the older one?

I didn’t enjoy the movie much as it was slow paced and there’s not really a conclusion at the ending. The good thing about the story is that they portrayed the women as abusers, you automatically feel bad for the guy for being used by both of them. Irl people seem to have a hard time understanding how this is the same as sxly abusing a girl, while in fact it’s been a harmful situation for a boy as well, so much it actually still bothers/traumatized him as a married adult

just watched this film in theatre, gosh, it's intriguing. It seems that both Gracie and Joe have PTSD, in particular Joe who acted like a child in the bedroom scene near the end of the movie. I despise Elizabeth for crossing the ethical line to sleep with Joe in order to immerse herself in Gracie's life, of course for the purpose of Elizabeth's upcoming movie. So the question is : "whether art can be amoral"? The motifs of the movie are mind blowing.

It is completely against nature and completely absurd for a man not to want to sleep with Natalie Portman. In my opinion, she is one of the most beautiful and attractive women in the film industry. Just looking at her face is an enrichment!
