I may be an exception but I have never liked the streetlifting technique for dips. The main movement is done by your shoulders which go down and up again but the weight pretty much stays at the same level. Now this athlete does REAL DIPS, because the weight REALLY goes down and then again up. This chinese monster is a freak.
that technique is stupid and pointless, its way too much crunching, doesn't even provide the most grinding power. there are a lot of athletes now who are speaking against it, and even the rules are designed that way.
¿Could you make a video about the diferent calisthenics styles of training? I would really like to start calisthenic and taking it serious but i dont know if I should focus on endurance, streetlifting, statics...
They're all too different to say which one is best. That's like saying should I do basketball, soccer, tennis, or volleyball. It just depends on which one you like more and what your goals are.
How fucking hard can it be to send him some sort of invitation to FR, the weights moved deserve at least that!
would be amazing to have Chinese, indian, south and north American athletes at worlds 🫡
are there top level Indian athletes in streetlifting?

You're welcome man! 🤝🏼
keep an eye out for filip workout, hes lifting insane numbers like many of these athletes, but he's only begun training within 3 years!
But he doesn’t do dips he specialises pull ups
@@samsmets5263 he doesnt upload his dips but hes also real strong in them
he doesn't do dips or squats. tho if he trains all 4, he has potential to be on the top in no time
As acrobats say: there is always a Chinese person who has already done this number.
Keep an eye on filip Sauli. He has started posting again in RUclips
Hey, that Chinese pop goes HARD! Lived in Korea for 3 years. Never second bet the power of pop lol. Great vid
Finally Worthy competition
I think his dip could be a lot higher in weights since he does them pretty wide, wich is freaking crazy
He also did the regular dip technique. Not the streetlifting one

He does not. Only exists on chinese social media
I dont want to talk shit but these lifts look a little bit faky... If Im wrong, big respect to that athelete
I don't believe it.
I mean it's china, could've faked the weights a bit and he's most definitely off the roof on roids.
Roses are red violets are blue there’s always a Chinese better than you
