Great video! what happens if I submit my medical examination late? I received an RFE and it expires February 23,2024. Finally did my examination today February 6th, but the blood work results will be taking a bit longer for the results. Take about two weeks for this clinic to provide the results. Totally out of my control.

About the vaccine, are we required to come with our vaccine card for the adults that have misplaced their cards.
You would take your vaccine card to your medical exam for the physician to review. If you don't have it, they can sometimes test your blood for immunity, or else they will give you all the necessary vaccines again.
Applying for i485. Have gone through i693 full examination and all came back negative before with previous i485 that got denied because of visa overstay. Does the person have to go through the full examination again with blood test and all that? Thanks

My medical report is expired now. Can i travel to usa?
Since when they test for THC in the medical exam? Is that new? When I applied for the Green Card they only tested for Tuberculosis (Interferon test) and Syphilis as well as hepatitis. The nurse at the exam site then also tried to feel my liver which felt weird.

My family member get positive medical exam for drug use and after interview the approved there visa but as soon they medical report the refuse there visa now us consulate said wait you have any idea how long they will ask re-examine?

Well we sought it by consulting our doctor..
He allowed my mom for xray . Bcz the baby was of 2 mnths at tht tym. Getting xray at initial stage is safe than post 3 months..
We are in US now..

What if I admitted during my medical I've done gummies from a legal state when I go on vacation, but tested negative for thc. Will that make them deny my visa? I already did my interview and today I did my medical and I have been so worried I have my husband and kids in the US :(

That is IMHO (I am now a lawyer!) important in case you want to get a CDL to drive commercially or to become a pilot. They did not test my blood pressure at the exam.

i just got my green card last September 2021, the medical test is if u have tb, std, gonorrhea. Just listen to this lady. the diseases that u can pass to other people i guess.

My husband just went to medical appointment and they found spot on lung so we have to f/u with medical team in january to ensure it is not TB. He also tested positive for THC which he quit using 1 mo ago but attroney said they did not do drug test so would have been clean sooner. Plus out state it is legal. is there still a chance for him to get us visa card or is he banned for life for. any advise be helpful considering finding new representation after they gave us mis leading info

You got told that they would do a THC test? Because when I went through the medical exam for my green card they did not test on drugs.

@@Sana31407 do not make mistakes husband did. It is legal in our state but refused his visa due to using thc is a criminal offense they will drug test you. He’s been stuck there for 2 years and possibly more because of that

Why would hiv not be on list and gonorhea and syphilis are? Both require close contact to acquire.
It's a good question. We believe the CDC has left those on there because they are easily cured with antibiotics and the person can then still get approved to come to the U.S. after taking the treatment.
