Sorry for the late response. Yes, you need I-693. This will record your immunization. There are very specific ones you must have or have medical reasons to waive.

Most everything is resolvable. Meaning, even class A condition if not treated makes you inadmissible. But if treated becomes a class B. And that is admissible. You may just have a delay. Make sure to file for an extension while taking care of the issue.

Is this assumption correct? - What is 60 days rule? Does the form need to be SUBMITTED within 60 days of doctor's signature or the rule simply means that medical should be done not more than 60 days before i-485 submission? Please help. Tan Sharma, hopefully you already have this issue resolved and this will likely serve someone else. Simplified, turn in your I-693 completed form as soon as you receive it. It should get to USCIS within 60 days of signature and good for 2 yrs if they received appropriately. Simple.

STDs especially gonnorrhea and syphilis may affect you especially if it has not been treated. A simple evidence of it been treated will suffice
