After watching this video, I can conclude that Myanmar's cuisine is richer and more varied than street food in Jakarta (the capital city of Indonesia) where I live. I did notice that some of the menus were the same as ours but there were more varieties of food that were not available in our town.

As rightly pointed out, all your videos are indeed the best. It gives us an insight to the life and people of Yangon. It would prove really informative, specially for students, who intends to do a project on City Life and its People of Yangon. You have beautifully covered different aspects of life and food in the city of Yangon. Thank you Prasun Sir.

That is not "flour". That is called in Myanmar "Thanaka", a paste made from ground bark. The wood of several trees are used to produce thanaka cream. These trees grow abundantly in central Myanmar. It is a distinctive feature of the culture of Myanmar, seen commonly applied to the face and sometimes the arms of women and girls. This is a natural cosmetics for skin. Apart from cosmetic beauty, thanaka also gives a cooling sensation and provides protection from sunburn. It helps to remove acne and promote smooth skin. It is also an anti-fungal.The active ingredients of thanaka are coumarin and marmesin.
