Nice job on Kaabo for upgrading the rear suspension. That right there would've been a reason for me to tell people to pass on this scooter, glad it's fixed. The lights on the side might be sort of cheap, BUT THEY LOOK SO COOL! Nice job on fixing that with the splice btw. Always fun watching you two ride, thanks for another good video.
ebikes have bigger wheels as well as the same size and or smaller batteries. The bigger wheels are the biggest (no pun intended) contribution to the limited speed as it takes more wheel rotation to reach said speeds.
I've had my Wolf X for about five weeks now in Wellington and find it's a great scooter to own, the lights along the side do seem fragile but when I crashed in the middle of the street at about 35kms an hour two days ago they were completely unharmed and working, all I had to do was straighten the bars to line up with the front wheel (as you have to do with a motorcycle) and ride home. It's great to see the safety gear, when you hit the road on a scooter is always like a high side crash on a moptorcyle, you hit the road hard... I was wearing kevlar jeans, jacket with armour and the good gloves saved the boners in my hand from being broken to merely a bit tender. Also important to have a full face helmet, even at that low speed (and I usually go much faster). my chin hit the ground and scraped the helmet but I didn't feel it... I don't thjink anyone buying this scooter will regret it, as you say the power delivery is a bit abrupt and instant but that can be toned down in the acceleration setting in the minimotors controller... P7 0 for full accelleration, 1 to 5 for less...
Hey thinking about getting one I was goi go to get the valara Eagle one but I saw this one and it’s cheaper plus it goes a little gathers than the eagle one
@@damaribrackett1159 Hey Damari, The eagle one looks good, I've read a couple of reviews, one of them mentioned taking it on public transport, Ha! when you pick one up at this weight you'll realise they haven't tried it. I think the Wolf X has a bit more power and when you go up hills you will want as much as you can get. After talking to someone that had a cheaper single stem scooter break the stem while they were riding leading to a crash I felt better about my twin stems and the time consuming effort of tightening up four clinch bolts. No wobbles and a reassuring feeling of connecting directly to the road. I've been impressed with the quality of the machine, nothing has ever come loose or broken unlike in this review. I feel very good about it. The lighting is much better with dual headlights up higher and the ones in the body as well, the indicators blink and when you brake the brake lights blink as well and the running strips make you more eyecatching to cars. Up to you..
Awesome review and nice to see Kaboo taking your complaints seriously and applying the fix and reporting back to you about it. Does the X still suffer with thermal issues at full throttle that the 11+ does out of interest?
@@Andrew-vt4jt I'll tell you what, it's my first scooter (I'm 53) and I use it daily on a hilly 8 mile round trip commute in Portland, OR, and I love it. Solid build, easy to ride and super quick. The only real drawback are the 8" tires and mechanical discs (and lack of XP rating), which I was aware of going in. Kaabo makes a variety of 8's and there's not a whole lot of data on the dual 500. It is a perfect entry level performance scooter and I would love to see an extensive review by y'all. My D4 plus 2.0 came with off-road tires, but the next tires I bought from them were those exact hybrid tires, they are great tires. Off-road and on-road
I just bought this scooter in the U.K. first ride I get chased by police TWICE !! Nearly lost my scooter first ride as I lost control of the back wheel lol managed to jump back on and get away ! I was two foot away from the officer who jumped out the car lol 😂
The new KAABO WOLF WARRIOR X GT is available at Voromotors right now. Will you guys be reviewing that scooter soon? It has all the great compact aspects of the original warrior x but also has the tft display and thumb throttle from the king gt pro. New upgraded controllers too!
I just ordered one of these bad boys thanks to the great review from you guys! The rear suspension would've turned me off, but since Kaabo fixed it, I'm just purely excited. The side lighting I can take or leave, but a 47 mph wolf warrior for 2k is such a good deal I'm not going to pass it up. Should be way faster than my 25 mph scooter and have longer range too!

I was able to hit 48mph on mine and with a slight hill 51mph and feels super sturdy and safe at those speeds I’ve had mine for 2 weeks and put 120miles already on it. I took a ride to the city and I was surprised the battery was able to last that long I started kinda getting scared it was gonna die but I made it home with 10% left and was still able to ride possibly I put a total 49.3 miles that day I got the PRO version.
This looks like a great scooter for off roading! The double stem would make it pretty stable for tough terrain, and perfect amount of power! I can get my emove cruiser to 35 mph and it feels like a sweet spot for me, but wouldn’t mind having a little more speed ;)
Everyone that likes being on 2 wheels wishes for the same - just a little more speed. For me I just want something to keep up with local traffic of 40-45mph. I have owned a few motorcycles, but they are big, weigh 500Lbs and can't take them with you to keep them from getting stolen. WW X is a nice blend of everything speed, price and weight - though I wish it weighed a little less. Too bad I won't buy it because the handlebars are too low for me at only 39 inches.
I saw the x pro today I love the size of it. I returned the mantis pro because the instant torque nature of it. Really didn't like it this seems like a great fit !

Hey Jimmy - I’m deciding between the base and the pro model. I saw another review where they actually recommended the base model over the pro as the throttle is much smoother and has better finger ergonomics as it’s closer to the handle. They also said the base accelerates and reaches higher top speed (not too important for me). Wanted to get your thoughts on this, I tried my friends wolf warrior and it has the same throttle as the x pro model and it was a bit uncomfortable on long rides. What would you recommend? Greatly appreciate any feedback!
I'm looking at buying the wolf warrior 10 X plus Do you know exactly which 1 is the base model and which is the better 1 I'd like to find out before i buy it if its the basis model or the better option
Heard that there are problems with the screws under the deck (who connect the front fork to the deck), it breaks so people change them for more durable ones. Have you heard of that ? Is this scooter still a solid and durable one ? Thx (sorry for my english)
Thanks for the video guys! I've got a couple of questions: 1) Does a Mantis PRO SE come with a 18.2AH battery? Just like the base model? As I managed to get the same top speed of 64km/h on a base Mantis. 2) I had a creaky stam on my Mantis, very annoying, fixed it with a wd40 :)) 3) What about the controllers inside? Are there 2 sine wave, 30A each? 4) personally I would recommend to change the motor wiring connectors to MT60 5) regarding the display: can I swap an LT01 display to EY3 just plug and play on a base scooter? Without changing the controllers? Will it work? Thanks!
Would inserting rubber pieces or attaching fusing tape stop the creaking? Seem to have so much play that there is room to shove some damping material in there. A creaking stem is a turn off for me personally.
Great review guys! quick question: how does this compare to the vsett 10+? i've been wanting to get a high performance scooter and i'm torn between these two
These are the two I'm torn between as well, have you made a decision? I'm leaning more towards the wolf warrior, only reason I'd lean towards the vsett 10+ is the water resistance rating
The biggest plus of the warrior x is that is has turn signals on the front and back of the scooter. I don't why this isn't a basic feature on scooters that go over 25 mph
The biggest plus of the X to me is that it's light enough to carry up the steps leading to my path whereas the 11 is too heavy for me, same goes for putting in the car, the longer wheelbase of the 11 makes fitting difficult, any of the big scooters need a garage rather steps or a lift in an apartment. If anybody wants to see how it goes on windey street I have a couple of videos on my channel that just have a gopro viewpoint on the handlebars, no talking, just a couple of short rides.. ruclips.net/video/obMwNIfDoaE/видео.html
Hmmm.. Funny you say that about the creaky stem.. My friend and I both have the Wolf X and none of us suffer with this issue? Also it sucks that your RGB lights came broke, sorry about that but I do agree the are crappy plastic but I've done over 1000 miles on my Wolf X now with plenty of offroading & they have held up surprisingly well with no cracks or broken bits 😊 what did Voromotors use to stop the mudguard banging? Some washers it looks like? If you could get me a link to those or tell me sizes or whatever I'd be very appreciative 😊 that's the only downfall for me personally.. That bloody mudguard! Lol
I think some lubrication will fix it. Ginger on Wheels was having similar creaking in the stem of the Mantis. It does look like they have put washers on the top. We have not received the size of the washers but I will message you as soon as I find out.
So Im undecided. I want something sturdy and reliable with good range. Im not a speed freak tho. I like the idea of double stem and type of hyrdaulic shocks in the front. I guess I could speed limit this thing on the croller? Think my max comfort would be 30miles / 50KM/h.
I’m looking at the Mantis Pro, inokim oxo and the wolf warrior X. I need a scooter that will have enough power to move around festivals during the summer. I’ll be traveling through grass as well as cement. Which would be the best to buy?
It really depends on what you are looking for. The Inokim is one of my favorite scooters and offers a really smooth ride. The Wolf Warrior X is a fun solid ride, with much better lights, horn, and turn signal indicators. The Inokim OXO is going to max out at speeds of 40 mph.
Just sold my Mantis Pro for one of these thinking it would accelerate the same as the Mantis but with off road capability. You said its noticeably less torque? Would the MP really accelerate that much quicker?
Anybody know if it’s possible to upgrade the battery? My wolf is shipping soon, if it’s not enough range do they make a 60v 42ah? For a diy project?:) thanks
This is a super old comment buuuuutttt for anyone interested. Yes batteries can be upgraded you have to keep the same voltage if you don't want to change the controller as well but the main issue is space, you will need to make some kind of spacer to increase the space under the deck. If you do go that route make sure to do it safely :)
Great review and final thoughts in this video guys! Would you recommend this scooter for someone who is 1.90 cm tall ? And if not, could you tell me if the Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11+ would be a good fit for someone with this height ? Also, what about the creakiness of the stem? Is it a problem you've come across on bigger kaabo models and how can someone fix it?
Guess what we really wanna see and no one has done so yet.. Is a race between Wolf X and Wolf 11. The X is lighter but the 11 has 200+ extra Watts of power. It would make an interesting race
Hell Jimmy I bought Wolf Warrior X Pro about 3 days The headlight is not working anymore, I saw weak light blinking but not bright that it used to be after buying. Do you have any problem with the headlight?
Another awesome review guys! :) The helmets looked sweet...now I just need to find someone brave enough to do speed tests for my reviews here on the island lol :) Stay safe :) Cheers
Hello, first of all congratulations on the video. i have a wolf x for about 1 month and i like it a lot, it came from a xiaomi. really the only complaint I have is that of the mudguard, I'm glad to know that the brand is aware of this. did kaabo send these parts to solve the mudguard problem?
Hi there i have just purchased one of these warrior x scooters but i cant get it to go any faster than 25 kph and is set to 100 percent battery power id love some help here 🤷♂️ as it is boring 😂
i have the king and find dual motor ridiculous. you pull the throttle just a bit and it shoots off just not moderately ever ON or OFF. I thought the X might be better but I noticed you constantly pressing releasing pressing releasing. so I guess this is no solution, downgrading to a less powerful model? Are all the minimotor scooters and diamonds and kaabos this hard to moderate ?
I bet u had it in the wrong settings.. 0-30mph 5.7sec for the warrior x tested in 2 other channels and 5.8sec for the mantis pro , you've done 9.99sec on the draggy!

What's. 1.90 cm were in America sir 😆 feet please. If your over 6 feet looks like you would need a bigger scooter
Did you check the p settings before you repeatedly bashed the acceleration compared to mantis?
That Fender rub would be a deal-breaker
Doesn't the back mudguard with the light on catch the back wheel even going down small bumps
Sorry to b a broken record…. But r they tubeless tires?:). That’s important to me:). If not I might wait for the roadster to come out!
Nice video I’m thinking about purchasing this scooter I had the wolf warrior but that one was to heavy How stable is the stem on this scooter ?
Guess what we really wanna see and no one has done so yet.. Is a race between Wolf X and Wolf 11.
The X is lighter but the 11 has 200+ extra Watts of power. It would make an interesting race
The 11 would smoke the X.
A couple of washers to pack the springs out, not quite the way Yamaha or Honda would fix the problem.
Jimmy so I want something decent fast with really long range n decent price? What chu say?

Hell Jimmy
I bought Wolf Warrior X Pro about 3 days
The headlight is not working anymore, I saw weak light blinking but not bright that it used to be after buying.
Do you have any problem with the headlight?
Another awesome review guys! :) The helmets looked sweet...now I just need to find someone brave enough to do speed tests for my reviews here on the island lol :) Stay safe :) Cheers
We need a big guy speed test!
@@freshlycharged that is the info I am looking for. 220lb 6'1'' dude here. In a decent hilly part of portland oregon
Is the weight 33kg? I've seen somewhere saying it's 38kg. By the way are there 2 controllers or just 1?
It is 33kg. From what I remeber opening up the deck, it is one controller.
Omw to pick one up. 236 miles. Basically new. $1000. Good deal?
What has a smoother ride and acceleration? Something with great brakes and suspension for cruising.
From what I understand, they will be fixing the problem on future scooters directly on the production line.
@@freshlycharged did you fix ur unit or u just left it as it was stock?
I'm trying to decide from the Wolf Warrior X or Apollo Phantom. Which do you think performs better?
5:13 DUDE what's the name of that helmet?!
Wolf warrior x or Varla eagle one?? I can't decide!!!
Between Vsett 10+/ kabo Wolf warrior X / Dualtron Victor wich is the best Choice ?
Hi there i have just purchased one of these warrior x scooters but i cant get it to go any faster than 25 kph and is set to 100 percent battery power id love some help here 🤷♂️ as it is boring 😂
Hi Jimmy, what’s the range your getting on this? I look go to between 30-35 mph for about 50 mi round trip.
At that speed you're lucky to squeeze 30 miles out of it.
Hey jimmy, love your content!
Question do we have any updates on rear guard rub on the wolf worrier X ?
They said they fixed it, but I have yet to try an updated model.
Does the kaabo wolf warrior x have split rim?
Did they fix this problem on the kaabo wolf X pro??
Does this scooter have regen braking?
There is a code you can put in on P9 setting up it too %100 , lifted the back wheel off the ground hit 88km an hour, went for ride 70km ,
I know this is an older video, but I was wondering if you could help me decide between the wolf x and the pro? Is the pro worth the extra money?
Wolf Warrior X or should I wait for apollo phantom v3? hmm
Where did he order the scooter from? I want to go through the same manufacture
Nice reviw
Looks like a nice scooter.
How water resistant are the electronics?
8%.
How does it handle hills?
I have one of these... I LOVE 💝 IT ⚡️🛴⚡️⚡️
... suits me perfect because I am petite!!!
LOVE ❤️ THE DUAL STEM... STABILITY
Hi, how did you get your scooter to go over 25 km/h
Where you got the helmet
How's this thing off road?
I like that black helmet where can I get it????
Link of safety gear in description
i have the king and find dual motor ridiculous. you pull the throttle just a bit and it shoots off just not moderately ever ON or OFF. I thought the X might be better but I noticed you constantly pressing releasing pressing releasing. so I guess this is no solution, downgrading to a less powerful model? Are all the minimotor scooters and diamonds and kaabos this hard to moderate ?
You can turn down the acceleration in the EY3
Could there have been something wrong with this scooter? I mean 0-30 mph seams VERY slow compared to the specs.
ik im incredibly late but the 0-30 on the x is like 5 seconds
Can I put a seat on this⁉️
Hello, do you have any wobble ?
Does it have an ip rating
Does anyone know the unlock code for this scooter??
Wolf warriorx
I’m between this and the new Yume Hawk 🤔
Should have reviewed the wolf x plus.. its a better scooter smoother 30amp sinewave controller faster & better value for money than the pro
I bet u had it in the wrong settings.. 0-30mph 5.7sec for the warrior x tested in 2 other channels and 5.8sec for the mantis pro , you've done 9.99sec on the draggy!
voro isnt selling the x, only the x pro
Hey guys so that’s just a regular tube for the side RGB lights
KAABO!!! 🚀
Well I rather have than my Evercross H5 that only goes 27mph if i'm lucky and the suck battery that has to be charged everyday lol.
I love this scooter
Rider's weight varies the top acceleration rate on 60 second.
Wolf warriorx or vsett10+
