Thanks Ole. It’s really refreshing to listen to someone else go through the process and explaining exactly how it felt. Especially in those moments when you are around others and you can feel like you’re going deeper into depression or it can seem like you’re getting worse like you mentioned. This video was really helpful 🙏🏽

Yes. However it's important to stress that group cannot increase your capacity to contain those uncomfortable emotions. Since I think everyone hopes for a bit of help there.

It's been a little bit more than a year that i watched this vídeo and read applied P.P teachings! It changed me forever

Yeah, that's the crazy thing that you will not see much difference while in the midst of it, but looking back the change is monumental. It also gets easier to let go with time!

@@olestories yes a lot changed, it was súper easy after months of 'being without condition' , but now i'm in a hard place because in a way is like i used the tool to escape not knowing what to do in some situations, and now i'm paying😅

@@facundopereyra8455 If I look back on the last two years everything has moved cycles. Sometimes it sucks to wake up and other times I can't wait to wake up. All of these experiences has pushed me towards what I really wanted to do in life. When you feel like you are at your worst, something great is probably right around the corner!

You r good. I m doing the process without a group. I think MB has an article on his website " let's not form another group" where he discourages any kind of group work. That's my main reason for not looking out for a group. But I guess you speak about another type of group, like support group.

For me it worked great with an accountability group at the start to get started. Since I was diving into deep unconscious sensations I would normally put it off. After doing it for a while and seeing the results from it I no longer felt the need for accountability since it is now an integral part of my life. What tends to happen in a group is a mostly a lot of chit chat and "drama" as MB would call it and is not needed as you can handle everything that is inside you. It is however great to have someone close you can share with once the dark stuff comes up though 😉

I wonder why twice a day, I already do mindfulness every evening. It is hard to quantify the effects of it.

I find it to be quite mysterious myself. From personal experience the morning meditation primes you for the upcoming day and gets you from a reactove to a proactive state while the evening release does the same and makes you appreciate the things that happen today.
The key is just to continue doing the meditiations even when you don't feel like doing it since they have compounding effects. ;)

I just finished the 3rd and last round, my question is the last technique for the breathing in the book the gift one , after I do the breathing for 15 mins do i have to wait 15mins to breath from mouth? Or I can just do it directly after I finish the 15mins breathing? Hope you understand my question ☺️

Listen to what your body says. After you finish the session you need some time to return to normal. Some times you can do multiple cycles after each other and your body will tell you when. The most important thing is that you stay consistent with the practice rather than rushing through and quitting after.
