Peace Sells, Master of Puppets, Among the Living, and Reign in Blood were the soundtrack in my car for my 16th year. Of course I kept some Van Halen and Ratt in the glove box for the rare occasion we got some girls to go somewhere with us.

wake up dead is one of the sickest songs made by megadeth. those spider chords in the beginning even blow away great guitarists like dave navarro when dave had dave m on his show. mustaine showed him the spider chord and he was at a loss for words, not only because of the difficulty of it, but the great metal sound it puts out

Dave is really a impressive musician, not only for his creative genre in that moment but its more about his will to succeed, its really impressive for a "metal guy", look at every record from 80s to 90s to 00's to 10's always its looking to innovate his sound .
I was there that day. The bill was huge, Iron Maiden were headlining on their Fear of the Dark tour, Black Sabbath with Dio and Geezer Butler second on the bill. Megadeth played third to last, but in terms of audience they were the real stars. When they played Peace Sells the whole crowd was moving in waves.
I love the energy in this crowd. I regret not ever seeing Megadeth in concert to date having been a long time fan. I decided to do it in 2019 and my husband and son were eagerly on board ... but the concert was cancelled for Dave's health concerns (which is much more important than a tour) and then the COVID pandemic came the following year. I'll keep my fingers crossed that 2022 is a better year, and that Megadeth comes within a couple hundred miles of where I live. 🤞

This line up has way more energy and better stage presence than any other. Peace sells line up had amazing musicians but they all looked like robots playing excluding Gar but Nick and Marty put in that contagious energy towards Dave and David.
