@@bigkeg9173 the shop where I get my 1/18s (sometimes 1/43s if new Mad Max) has a little bit of 1/64 stuff from Greenlight and he did have the OZ wheels panel van twin sets. The owner loves his small Brit Fords too and has a couple of nice early Cortinas and a Mk1 Escort RS2000 … he did offer to swap me a heap of diecast for a nice Mk2 Escort RS2000 rolling shell I have but I don’t want to own that much diecast 😂 He also sells jeans etc but they are in a separate part of his business.

I made the mistake of doing up a 1983 XE Falcon ute in Dick Johnson Greens Tuf colour with 351 when I did it and ran out of cash to complete Escort but it will get done one day. The diecast are much easier to own and never require any work,although even though they are in cabinets,unfortunately dust still gets in 1/18 cabinets and they have to be carefully cleaned from time to time.

I actually liked the barn find Falcon cop car the best, followed by the 2 Monza Holdens. (Madmax was on T.V last night). The graphics of a surfing skeleton on the panel van, was cool too. Great haul mate ! 👊👨🚒🇦🇺🍻

Luckily, I did pick up the weathered police car, which was the one I really wanted. Ended up buying two police cars, panel van, and the pink HQ..all weathered. Thanks mate 🙂 The Monza front end was a big thing back then. No idea who came up with that. The Walkinshaw Commodore was made as a race car, but back then, you had to make so many road going versions to qualify it to race. Think there were 750 made and now worth big dollars 💰
