Always it is nice to learn something pretty and easy to crochet. Thank you for sharing!🥰🥰🥰
Bravo madame et merci 😊
🙏❤
Nice, very clear and easy to follow. Thanks.
The instructions are shown at the top of the video screen.
Not all of them! By the 3rd row she was doing a back or front hdc, not going thru back loop only for the ribbing. Then the way she finishes the end of a row before turning lost me. Never saw that before.
I would like to have seen a finished product before jumping in blind... IMHO
It would also be nice uo see the pattern crocheted before you start do we can see if we want to do it. So many patterns, not enough time 😂😂
Notes: 3.5 mm hook, 3-weight yarn shown. 11 chains made. Seems to be about 3 inches per 10 stitches in the first working swatch. Needs even count of stitches +1. Half DC into second chain from hook.
Average baby blanket size is 30 inches by 40 inches (76 centimeters by 107 centimeters), make a gauge/sample swatch to determine how many chains you need to make the right size.
Row 1: HDC into each stitch, chain 1, turn
Row 2: HDC above front post of HDC in row 1, in between the two stitches, ending your row with 1 HDC into the top of the remaining final stitch. Chain 1. Turn and repeat row 2 until you reach the length desired.
you are great, thank you 🙏😊
@@knitlovers Aw thank you!
Thank you @dracofirex
You did a great job.
❤❤❤😘😘😘
And lapghan's are very popular now too.
They usually 35"X40".
@@katterkat58 Thanks, I tried lol
I'd like to know why 'they' say knit when it's obviously crochet. Big difference. Just saying...
It's the name of her page.
I have been doing this stitch for years with a double crochet. If I really want to get wild, I do front then back on next row. Creates a very stretchy afghan that looks like knitted rows. Or on the brim of a hat to give it a snug but stretch to fit feel. This is a twist on a traditional front or back post, but I like how much flatter and more stretchy it is.
I wish when you show your patterns that you would us sub titles so we can make the pattern.
Stitches are at top of screen
@@patford1491 ⁹
@@patford1491 they might not know how to read the abbreviations of the stitches. That’s the first thing I learn before crocheting learning to read the abbreviation hdc half double crochet , sc , single crochet. It’s a use of one row of single and the rest are half double. It’s confusing at first but i got the hang of it.
👍🇦🇺👏❤🧡💛💚💙💜👍🇦🇺👏
Name of yarn. Deaf
Would be nice if you had it in subtitles so I could make the pattern.
English term front post half trebles
Audiolibro Felicidades...
We the end you need to turn it around and show us front and back
It makes me crazy when there's no chain count or Stitch count whatever term you want to use. You cannot get a project to come out right if you do not have the right pitch count.
She did a sample for you to measure per, make a sample, then see how many stitches per in and calculate the size you need, for instance @ 4 stitches per inch a blanket 40 inches wide would need 160 chains . Then crochet the length you need allowing one skein for 8-10 rows. Use your sample to calculate yardage or ounces used for sample and adjust up one skein if unsure. Usually 4-6 skeins
I've watched many of these videos and the truth is it's like watching paint dry. And, the beginning slip stitch does not leave enough yarn to weave back into your project successfully...really annoying...
very nice
I wish you had written down how many chains you pulled and how many balls of yarn you used for a children's blanket.
Fez mesmo???? E demorou sua vida!😂
She’s just making a swatch not the whole blanket! Make as many chains as you want your blanket to be wide and leave the tail as long as suits you!
I agree. What she is showing with the swatch is so flaming obvious. So many people now days are incapable of thinking for themselves, they need every movement or detail itemised .
Very pretty thank you for sharing
I love the ribbed effect, but explaining along the way would be beneficial. I think you did some kind of front or back post hdc but when you got to the end and turned it sideways to pick up a stitch from a previous row, you lost me. I've never seen that technique and a bit of an explanatiin would have been helpful.
How many stitches for baby blanket and the name of yarn thank you
9.. lkc
Where is nlanket picture and pattern?
No se ve nada

Where did you get that yarn
No
Thank you for this video, I found it very easy to follow as you gave the info on top of the screen. It looks easy and very pretty, I will give it a go as I make blankets for charity.
Hi from South Africa.
🙏😊❤
I wish I had a pattern I could print and save.
The stitch she is using is called a front post half double (fphdc) stich in US terms. If you google it you may be able to find a written pattern for the stitch. She started with an even number of chains plus one.
Row 1 - She did a half double crochet (hdc) stitch in the 2nd chain from hook and continued with hdc in every chain space to the end. Chain 1 and turn.
Row 2 - She did a fphdc stich all the way across and then ended with a hdc in the last stitch. Then she continued to repeat row 2.
👍 thank you
Gostaria de saber o nome do fio.obrigada
PADRÃO DE DESENHO DE CROCHÊ
What's your shop rate? I'm wondering what your profit margin is.
Definitely not for beginners. No indication of yarn thickness or crochet hook size used. No stitch count for the pattern . Second row shows hoc but video appears to show front post hdc.
A lighter yarn would be appreciated I can't see the stitches sorry
Yarn too dark😒
Hello I would like to ask you how do you sell your crochet creations thanks
Caption pls
Hermosa.
Quiero
I love your patterns, but i wish you could give them a name or number, so we could easily find them again in the future. Well done keep it up thanks for sharing ❤❤
❤❤
Thank you...Looks like a great stitch for dish cloths....
No music please need instructions
Perhaps teach in paler colours?
I will pay attention. thanks 😊
Don't like the wool it's to dark
OK but your yarns are so pretty, please tell us where you got it or at least the fiber.
i will add a link
Beautiful stich!
Gorgeous 🧶 yarn
Would love to get some yarn.
I'll keep a eye out for the link.
Thank you 😊
Thank you for sharing your beautiful work.
How can I make a Hawaiian Lei?
What ply wool is used for this pattern 4 ply, 8 ply ❓🤷♀️
4 ply
Très jolie point. Merci. ❤
Merci d'avance.
MERCI. FIL COLORÉ MARQUE NAKO
blanketS is not an “it”.
❤❤❤
Can you add a photo of your pattern in the announcement instead of the yarn?
Este ponto é muitointeresante.
This yarn is to heavy and holes to large for baby fingers. Dangerous, could suffocate baby. This would not pass requirements to give to charities, hospitals etc. Otherwise, easy pattern for many projects.
Lovely. I suggest writing info as you go. I love your posts!
Beautiful..would like to see something made with this stitch..thank you..Janet
What’s the wool please? 😊
I will add a shopping link soon
If you use a light colour, we can see it better
Very interesting! I'm going to give it a try but as a bag . I don't know why I don't get the result I desire when making a blanket. Thanks again🌝
As I don’t crochet I think I could make this pattern after following you on RUclips but I would not know how many chains to start for a blanket. Many thanks for sharing.
Make the chain the width you want using an odd number. For her swatch she did an even number plus one. For the second row the stitch listed at the top of the screen was incorrect. The 2nd row which is the repeat row used fphdc all the way across ending with hdc in the last stich of the row.
Love that color yarn. Would probably also make a nice sweater... what kind of border do you use?
I would like to have this pattern, how can I get it from you?
I will add a shopping link soon
Merci
the wool is nice ... but must be very expensive ! how much did you sell this , I am interested !
I will add nako brand link. Coming soon 😊 not too expensive
Adorable! Thank’s!
BONITO
🪷🤩🌈🙏🦋💎🧩🎼🌟
❤🙏
Thank you for the pattern. Been knitting for 60 years and just got the crochet bug (Mom only embroidered)...Lots of teachers and church ladies (good strong farm folks) but few crafters. Better late than never I say :o) Just subscribed and will be watching ... Thanks again.
You mean you're hooked on crochet. 😄
At the moment I'm trying to finish a knitted baby blanket with loads and loads of bobbles (16 every 2nd row!) and tatting celtic cross style bookmarks.
👍👍👍👍💥
