My grandmother used to say my aunties,but used to chase out the children out of the room.so we didn't notice and know ,she used say to wrap white cloth even for girls after attending puberty. And for menopause good quality food and supplements, but we couldn't get any knowledge about traditional methods since we moved to different states due to my mother transfer. Great great thanks for your grandmother ,hunting for this white cloth wrapping for years.since too much medical background my relatives never listen to my grandmother. But now suffering from bloating stomach and knee pain because of over weight.now realising the importance about our traditional methods but now my grannies are no more.
Some are c section cases in our family also.but I don't know why she used to say white colour cloth wrapping
May be she meant thin cotton cloth and earlier madi panche used to be white and thin..which was easy to tie
