How to ACTUALLY change the font size in all slides in one go. Just click on the "View" tab and then go the "Outline View" and choose the whole content on the left (Ctrl+A). Then, go to the "Home" tab again and change the font size to your desired number (Font style could be changed too here). It will change the font size of all the slides in one go. To see the change, just go the "View" tab again and change it to the "Normal" view. :)

Sorry it didn't help you. Remember to go in slide Master and change the font size in default layout, and after that close slide Master you will see the changes. FYI make sure to click on the text and see font size if it get changes or not sometimes due to smaller text area although font size are bigger they might not appear big enough.
