Chad have you considered getting an outdoor backyard traditional steam sauna (not the infra-red one) installed in your backyard? Would be beneficial [especially in winter] and would also raise the value of your property. Surely Revel, or Kiva Wellness, or Alpline AU will sort something out for you

The Roosters are notorious for very slow and flat starts to the season in recent years. Do the boys who have been there for a few years think this preseason is harder than previous seasons or pretty much the same?
Yeah I filmed a heap of content in the off season which will be released soon. This time of year I’m not playing too much because the demands of training are extremely high but once it settles down a bit I’ll get back out there.

Every team has different systems. Both attack and defense. A meet and greet is definitely something I’m looking at doing in the future.
