Hey Ahmz do you know why they took out pinning moves to the screen? I wasn't sure if that was a Switch problem or on all versions but it's hella annoying not having even a few to look at on screen. It'd be fine if it was limited to 3-5. Also you are the best for MK combos and I love your formatting, it's so easy to read.

Not gonna lie, they definitely nerfed sub zero’s damage compared to what it was in the beta. It’s basically impossible to get a 40% combo without using Serena kameo or a fatal blow.
I love the way you make these videos, making sure we understand the starters and options for opening up the combo and learning your tools, verses just dumping a whole combo string and saying here you go.
Thanks for all the videos man, finding what works and combining the combos with the proper cameo and then editing the video bas to be a lot of work. Thanks to you i just apply ur knowledge and then start having fun, i really think your guides make trying every character so much easier
I told myself that in mk1 I wouldn’t look up any combo tutorials but damn I just couldn’t, the best combos I could find on my own was 29% but here u are showing me launchers and stuns I wasn’t even aware. Thank u for the video ur helped a ton
Why wouldn’t you look up combos? It’s a waste of time for you not to. Unless you’re a pro or you have vast amounts of experience, you will never be able to craft combos better than the community..
I know Sub Zero has more tools than combo damage, but his numbers seem bit too low no? Raiden getting 48% 1 bar and 1 Kameo extension seems like a big gap from 33% here on Sub Zero, and its not like Raiden has a weak neutral, pressure or escape game compared to Sub. Not really picking on Raiden, Im sure there are other high damage characters. Idk, the combo game just feels weak on Sub.

so after using b2b2j21 kameo f12 then bf3 my bf3 sometimes works the other time it does f123 instead of stopping and allowing me what do I do to fix it so i can actually hit the combo

@@RyyyyG if ur asking how to make his overhead safe on block. Then how u do it is by sending out Goro using the standard attack (RB with no directional input) right before the the ice skull swings upwards for the launcher. The skull should be at the apex of its first swing and about to enter its second swi g upwards. Time it too late, youll get punished, time it too early ull get punished. This can also be done with cyrax, Kano, and any character that has an ambush attack. Hope this helps.
@@HONYMUSSI thanks bro i will try. His regular r1 attack is also great for extending kombo's especially for his back x, o low attack. It fucks with people when they are aware of his overhead. Its good for in the corner.
@@RyyyyG yep. ngl, I switched to Cyrax for Sub zero, because he allows Sub zero to deal over 50% damage which is impossible to do with Sub zero, theres a youtube video of high damage sub zero and Cyrax combos. I recommend watching it.
Havent played any demo or beta or the game in any way yet so not sure if this is a dumb question but why is his ice ball, whatever the name is in this game, not used in any of the combos?
He is doing the perfect amount of dmg, a perfect balanced character cause of his ice clone and so on. Every character should have a maximum of dmg. If u use ice u r doing less dmg. I wish more were like him and not like some others with ez 50% dmg.

I’ve learned a combo that achieves 44%, you just gotta play with him more with different cameos

@gtremremgames7757 the number next to your combo hit counter. If it's 100 that means 10%, if it's 200 that means 20%. 450=45%.

What was that block cancel at 2:10 after the D2? Is that new in MK1? I don’t remember seeing something like that for MK11.
In MK 1, you can jump cancel on uppercuts, but only after punish or kounter hits. It also costs 2 bars of meter.

If you're trying to dash into the second one you don't need to, if your placement is off just a single tap will do

Funny, just looked at raiden combos. Most of them do 400 - 500 damage, while the highest for subzero is 330 XD. Nice balance

Subzero has no damage. The damage scale of his combos is shit.
