Huge tip for those who cant pull off the Freeze Kameo before he hits the ground, hold forward while your in the air the whole time and spam RB, it’ll work every time, then as soon as you freeze him do down back 1 it should work every time, its not a timing thing its a nonstop button sequence!
Sub is really good but I cant combo with him like I can scorpion. I wanna get better tho. That freeze into extended bf1 into whatever. Or into whirlpool it's all so strong dashing after the j243 is killin me I'll be honest.
@@macaroni_SPKI'm maining Rain +Sub and honestly while I end up dropping the freeze like half the time, when it works properly it's like 50/60% hp. There's even a sub combo which deals 80% but I never even came close to doing that one in practice mode
@@Terkiaz if it's the same combo and you're tryna get the freeze after rains j243 after you launch them just immediately hold up and forward so you jump asap. I was dropping it a lot in the beginning too. That helps fix it tho. For me anyway.
For 1 bar and 1 kameo assist you can do the kombo at 1:31 but with F21, DB1 EX for the launcher instead of F32. This will do 41% whereas if you do the freeze earlier in the kombo it will scale more
How do you summon sub zero while in mid air? You just do the ice armor, I've been trying that combo for so long and it's just not coming out? It there a setting I have to to, or am I bad lol

Remember when they said Rain would be the premier zoner of this game like Cetrion in MK11? Rains projectiles seem to slow to even be considered for zoning hes now the most unique mid range character he's ever been.

I always struggle against Rain. I think the constant water effect makes it really hard to tell what he's doing and how to block.

Rain is low tier right now. Brainless chars like Kung Lao, Raiden and Liu Kang, appear a lot.

His zoning is terrible lol. Reiko legit outzones him which tells you everything about the character designers👍
