      For Bánh da lợn, it's generally not recommended to premake the batter and store it in the fridge before steaming.
      The primary reason is that the batter, consisting of tapioca and rice flour, tends to thicken and change texture when chilled, leading to inconsistent results when steamed. Additionally, the coconut milk in the batter can separate, affecting the smoothness of the layers and the overall quality of the cake.
      For the best results, it's advisable to prepare and steam the batter immediately.
