Embrace your own healing power and find deep compassion for yourself. Envision yourself standing at the edge of a vast ocean and telling the world that you are truly powerful and brave!
This meditation video session is a 12 minute long video and the spoken dialogue will be just under 10 minutes in length. Then, the ambient background music soundtrack will play for just a bit longer to ultimately be a full twelve minutes.

Thank you for feeling like you really actually care if your words help someone. I feel your intention in every word. I really have been struggling for the past few months. I feel really stuck in my life and really resentful to the people in my life. I feel a lot less important than I feel like I should so I have to self sooth I guess. I have the same feelings lately, however we are doing the right thing. That is why we that meditate are a very unique and special bunch of people.
