I just wanted to say that when I was doing this meditation every night, my reality did start to shift. I saw my first sign that I chose from the alternate reality the next day, and then after that, I had conversations and experiences with someone that I thought could only happen in my dreams. In the end, we've gone our separate ways for now, but I truly believe that this meditation helped me shift realities for at least a few months, and tie up some loose ends with that person, so to speak. I think about this meditation a lot, and the magic of seeing my reality start to shift
