This usage of waste is a phenomenal idea! I have a plarn yarn rug in my kitchen that is about 2&1/2x 5 ft.Done in rows of DC's,not only is it super soft on the bare feet,but it is SO durable and cuts down on the cooking spoils etc AND is easy to wash clean in hot soapy water in my bathtub and hangs to drip dry in a few hours! I simply cannot praise this usage enough! I am also making them for ally friends and family for Christmas,! It makes up beautifully in sections on different colors of bags or just using one color and a larger hook like a "K".! So freaking wonderful!
