Just decided to get my drone ready for the weekend and the remote started Wiggin out so I went right to RUclips and searched. You came up right away. It worked for me. No more beeps. Updated firmware. All good for now. Thank you.

.I cannot thank you enough for this video. Your instructions worked on a Phantom 4 ver. 20 The screen prompts in the software do not mention the dial. They only mention the joy sticks so I could not get it to calibrate until after I watched your video. Thank you!

....Problem started in the car.... In my case this problem also starts while I switch on the control while inside the car. But your fix solves the error/beeping. Thanks!

The beeping was driving me crazy... But I did an update while this thing beeping, powered off and it back on, but it was still making the beeping noise. Saw I note sayi g RC calibration needed... Attempted to do it but then it stop 😳... Without me doing the calibration... BUT just incase... I went in and did the calibration anyways... Thanks for the vid

Also a quick disassembly of the front cover and was able to put a drop of funtac on the speaker to silence it 90%
I just got the air 2s yesterday. when you calibrating remote control and move the sticks you have to move them until the lines turn green at 100% You have to move the sticks in the direction of the arrows until the lines turn green and the same goes for the wheel.Turn the wheel until the line turns green then it will say calibration complete.

I had this problem with my mavic air 1 and didnt solve. I had to open the control remove the sticks open and clean with isopropilic alcool with less then 1 year use. I did it 1 year ago and its fine since this
Yea it works. I don't understand what made it start beeping like that in the first place . Mine started doing that 2 days ago. And I've had it for 4 or 5 months now.
I've never experienced this until just today when I finally updated the firmware. So I'm guessing it's a firmware bug? I actually got it to shut up by switching the flight mode switch back and forth. I then finished all my updates and decided to recalibrate the control anyways, even though the beeping had stopped.
thx for advice. It works as well on MA2 maybe it is caused by too often using funkction Low R Low L to turn on/off propellers. I had this issue but durring flight it sileced itself. After landing and swaping batteries problem occurs again. Until Your vid, thx.

Interesting that you have made a video about recalibrating your remote after I made comment about how you packed your remote in the bag with the sticks on and the fact that you might need to recalibrate. I had it happen to me with my mini 1 and the only video available was for a Mavic Pro so good to see you make one.

You may have turned on the controller while one of the sticks was accidentally being held and not at its centre position. It doesnt like being turned on and detecting movement on the stick so starts beeping.

It's so weird because yesterday I was having the same issue, but I noticed on the phone screen that it said calibration required. Something like that. After I finished it stopped the beeping. Thanks for the video.
I saw your other video that mentioned you store your controller in the DJI bag with the sticks attached. Any chance that introduces some calibration issues from time to time? I know the old school RC plane people are SUPER paranoid about the sticks touching things inside their cases, and often have cones/protectors they put on them before storage.
Yep I said he might have to recalibrate the remote if he left the sticks on and getting the dreaded beeps is worrying when you get it the first time.
The same thing started happening with my original Mavic Air controller and it was fixed the same way as you fixed yours even though they are completely different controllers.

We have found on new software/firmware on Mini 2 we have lost the ability to reprogram the Fn button. It’s been replaces by C1 C2 and these don’t seem to work.
My classic Mavic Air controller does this almost every time I turn it on..ugh :( It is SO annoying. This is a bug that DJI should fix. I can't believe, so many versions later, it's still an issue.

Greetings from the US: I have an unrelated question for you: Do you think it would be possible to charge a Mavic Mini, battery installed, directly from an Anker 21watt solar panel? The standard controller was beeping for a while but once I figured out the calibration it was fine
I was able to calibrate the sticks, but the wheel doesn't seem to be responding, unfortunately... I guess I might need to get a new controller so I don't have to listen to constant beeping...

My problem is that the right Stick doesn’t work from left to right. It just shows 0% and when the drone is in the air, I canto lector right.

It worked at the beginning, but the problem came back and it won't stop even with calibration. Any other ideas?
So I’m having an issue on a newly purchased Dji mni 2 and my X axis simply won’t register on the right stick. The last few flights I was able to calibrate but did run into the same issue. Now I’ve tried 10 times to no success.
An update. I have now sent it to DJi for repair, possibly a faulty joystick. I’m not sure if I’ll have to pay for this or if they will replace it.
Just flick the sticks B4 fireing up the controller... That fixes it

Mine beeps and I calibrated it, it said successful then started beeping again right of way. I calibrated it many times same thing. BEEPING! Talk about driving a person CRAZY...

What cured mine from beeping was to do a RC refresh from Assistant 2.

All the mavics beep randomly like that, but not with the smart controller
Now, if I can figure out how to stop the beeping when my batteries are low, I mean give me about 5 seconds of beeping to let me know, after that, shut the hell up controller!
