Looks like I’m never watching another full episode of the Ramsey show ever again. The app isn’t available outside of the US and even if it was I still wouldn’t download it.
Please rethink forcing people to download an app. Not everyone has the available space on their phones, not everyone wants to watch the episodes on their phone, and my guess is that you will start charging for this app. Maybe I'm Wrong maybe it's just a benefit so you can control the advertising dollars and that's great but it means I will you missing out on the ending of every show if I choose to watch it at all anymore
True. I listen to the show on both RUclips in browser (on my laptop) and on my phone, in the app. I downloaded the app but I never listen to the rest of the show there. It's too much.
I can’t “like, share and subscribe”. I won’t “share” a show that’s only half a show. If the whole show was on RUclips, I would consider sharing. I am not sending this to a friend and then telling them “oh by the way, you need to download their app to hear the rest of the show”. “New viewers” who are on the fence about the show and find it thanks to RUclips algorithm aren’t going to go download an app. Awful marketing.
I was a welfare kid. My mom raised us with food stamps and state healthcare. When I got older and started having kids I got on all of it. My husband started his own business and after a few years we were doing good. one day we were talking and both agreed that we didnt need the food assistance anymore. It was hard, we had to budget and there was many times I went to the store and had to put things back. Now, several years later, We are almost debt free and doing way better then anyone else in my family. It feels so good to be on the total oposite end of how I was raised.
If going the way of the app is so great, why even offer 2 hours on youtube and 1 on the app? Just put the whole thing on the app and see the results for yourself.
As a person who lived in a home where my parents should have split up but didn't....it's not better for the kids and now I don't trust my parents at all.

I agree. I also see this from the Ramsey prospective, so I get it. They are producing quality content and can do what they want with it. With that said it's much easier for me to have things on one reliable app (I pay for premium RUclips). I won't download the app as I am opposed to the idea. Imagine if I had to download a unique app for every channel I like just to listen to an entire show. Still a fan though! Dave rocks! Unfortunately, I'll be listening to less of the Ramsey show until/unless a decision is made to bring the full show back to RUclips.

I’d suggest give a larger budget for “fun money” which would include shopping and eating lunch out. $100-150 is totally reasonable for clothing per month. Also would allow her to save up if she wants something like a $200 pair of boots.
People are crazy I spend nothing on clothing per month maybe every few months I get a t shirt or something. Food at work on the other hand is really hard to avoid without the routine of meal prep in place
I think part of the problem could also be that she thinks the dream of owning a home is so far out of reach, why even try? Or, the instant gratification of shopping, and having things now is taking priority.

I honestly do not understand why women keep on putting their ENTIRE financial stability in the hands of a man. It’s such a risky move and they end up getting financially abused and stuck in a horrible relationship/marriage.
It is up to every woman to get an education and skills so she can support herself if necessary - and once the kids are in school, SAHMs should also get at least a part-time job. You never know when the spouse can lose a job or become disabled. Those who have listened to this show know those stories abound among women who never thought that could happen to them.
Just remember, these women CHOSE those men - the signs of what someone is really like are always there for people who want to actually observe. And, no, the character of someone will NOT change after marriage just because you think you can talk him or her into being a different person.

My point was not about spending money, it was about how unrealistic the husband thought the prices should be for eating out or buying clothes.

Each of you contribute the percentage of your income towards bills (ie - wife makes 60% of the income, she pays 60% of the household bills). Agree on how much to save towards the house and you each contribute 50% of that each month. The rest is yours to spend on what you want

The ONLY personality who’s participating (and it should be well known that most of the personalities have music backgrounds) is Delony so he lets loose and rocks out with his guitar with rest of Ramsey team members. That’s why a lot of people like him because he’s just a really cool, laid back, down to earth guy!

I feel you forcing everyone onto your own app is going to cost so many listeners, lets think why do alot of people listen on RUclips? I assume like myself a great majorly find its integration with car play/android auto, etc make it extremely hassle free and less distracting and most importantly more stresmlined to use. Just based on this principle alone i imagine alot of users will REFUSE to move to your app because they like the integration of carplay functionality of youtube while driving. Im sure you will be tracking the polularity of your show between the two apps and see a missing chunk of users like myself and others in the comments not wanting to move to yet another app or flat out refusing to. By that time that top spot y'all hold so dearly on the popularly of your show will be slipping and lilely not return without far more work once the content goes back onto the platforms you originally used. Meanwhile as im driving 10+ hours a day and RUclips music is what i have easily avaliable for hands free entertainment i guess ill be listening again when and IF you bring back full content here.
The app really is not difficult to access or a big adjustment, just easy to head over there and catch the rest. They are trying to bring attention to their other programs through the app which makes sense.

The only host that seems to never have been in debt is Rachel. Look at everyone else’s stories. Jade and her husband Sam were debt free after 450k in debt BEFORE she worked for Dave. Anthony O’Neill (old host) was in debt because of college decisions. John has said it multiple times, so has George. Either you’re new or just not paying attention.
Well that shows how ignorant you are. Jade paid off 460k in debt and is currently paying off her house right now. Dr. John paid off six figures of consumer debt, his house, and is now living and giving like no one else. Don’t comment on things you have no clue about!

She said more than once she needed to leave, and has talked to multiple people about it, but just was unable to pull the trigger. I felt so badly for her. Husband might be resentful since she hasn't worked for the whole marriage. Two sides to every story. She might be a stay at home wife and might not even cook or clean or screw. Two sides to every story potentially. Some people are oblivious to their own flaws. For all we know he's been asking her to work or help out more at home for years and that resentment turned into hatred.

Delony is too much. He should just keep to his show. This is a financial show and he always tries to take it down a psychological and “safe” route. Annoying.
If you haven’t noticed. This isn’t just a financial show any longer. It’s money, LIFE, relationships, and career. Hence why Dave hired Dr. John and Ken Coleman in the first place. You know the famous quote from Dave “personal finance is 80% behavior, it’s only 20% math.” So if you don’t like John DON’T click when Delony is clearly In the thumbnail, that’s your fault!

@@Fi2037Dude you’re an IDIOT if you think he’s the least popular. He has more subs on his show than this channel and over a MIL on Ig (more than Dave’s daughter Rachel). It’s also known by some Ramsey employees that Dr. John is the most likable personality outside the building. Also, not related to him at all he’s just an amazing human and Ramsey won the freaking lottery getting him on their team.
@@Fi2037Here’s an example of what I’m talking about. It’s Ramsey battle of the bands today. The ONLY personality who’s participating (and it should be well known that most of the personalities have music backgrounds) is Delony so he lets loose and rocks out with his guitar with rest of Ramsey team members. That’s why a lot of people like him because he’s just a really cool, laid back, down to earth guy!

@@braxt27 The app people are talking about is the Ramsey app, I believe the last hour of the show every day is now only available on the radio or Ramsey app, no longer on the podcast or RUclips videos. The Ramsey app is different than the Every Dollar budgeting app.

I feel you forcing everyone onto your own app is going to cost so many listeners, lets think why do alot of people listen on RUclips? I assume like myself a great majorly find its integration with car play/android auto, etc make it extremely hassle free and less distracting and most importantly more stresmlined to use. Just based on this principle alone i imagine alot of users will REFUSE to move to your app because they like the integration of carplay functionality of youtube while driving. Im sure you will be tracking the polularity of your show between the two apps and see a missing chunk of users like myself and others in the comments not wanting to move to yet another app or flat out refusing to. By that time that top spot y'all hold so dearly on the popularly of your show will be slipping and lilely not return without far more work once the content goes back onto the platforms you originally used. Meanwhile as im driving 10+ hours a day and RUclips music is what i have easily avaliable for hands free entertainment i guess ill be listening again when and IF you bring back full content here.
The app really is not difficult to access or a big adjustment, just easy to head over there and catch the rest. They are trying to bring attention to their other programs through the app which makes sense.
Since I'm still working on the baby steps I don't have enough money to go and get any more apps to pay for cuz I don't have the money. I don't mind watching half of a show

The only host that seems to never have been in debt is Rachel. Look at everyone else’s stories. Jade and her husband Sam were debt free after 450k in debt BEFORE she worked for Dave. Anthony O’Neill (old host) was in debt because of college decisions. John has said it multiple times, so has George. Either you’re new or just not paying attention.

Well that shows how ignorant you are. Jade paid off 460k in debt and is currently paying off her house right now. Dr. John paid off six figures of consumer debt, his house, and is now living and giving like no one else. Don’t comment on things you have no clue about!

I mean depending if she would rather have more financial guidance or more relational guidance. If she wanted help setting boundaries and separation rules for moving out then YES calling Dr. John’s show is better. If she wants help with her finances then this show is better.
@@flashthecorgi2053 yeah, I couldn't tell what her top priority was. It sounded to me more like help with boundary setting or getting unstuck. She said more than once she needed to leave, and has talked to multiple people about it, but just was unable to pull the trigger. I felt so badly for her. I hope she can figure things out and get help.

Husband might be resentful since she hasn't worked for the whole marriage. Two sides to every story. She might be a stay at home wife and might not even cook or clean or screw. Two sides to every story potentially. Some people are oblivious to their own flaws. For all we know he's been asking her to work or help out more at home for years and that resentment turned into hatred.
She said she’s spoken to counsellors and psychiatrist and friends and parents support her and now called the show so has had access to lots of help and advice ..John seemed annoyed by her and not overly concerned so maybe is 2 sides to this story
