This is a demonstration of the basic features and operations of the RMS Radius Machine.
Powered by a 5HP motor and controlled by a 7 1/2 HP electronic motor inverter, the Radius Machine offers variable speed bending, forward and reverse operation, jog mode and soft starts and stops for increased motor life.
Micro Controller is user friendly, while offering unique capabilities including four set-up stations for single or compound radius bending, storage of bending criteria for each bar size and respective radius or diameter, and much more.
Radius Machine is heavily built and designed for many years of efficient service. Drive chains are heavy #100. Roll shafts are three inch diameter and all bearings are extra heavy.
Machine is fully guarded. Unique guard design permits machine to bend either radius bars, or circular bars. Optional sets of drive rolls are designed for circles or hoops.
Machine weighs approximately 3,000 lbs and measures 36" x 36" x 34" high. Speeds vary up to approximately 300 feet per minute.
Heavy Radius Roll is driven by an independent 1 1/2 HP motor and controlled by an electronic motor inverter. Auto Release permits bent bar to be safely and easily removed.
