  • Diego Milito was a great goalscorer wherever he played. This video demonstrates the wide range of goals he could score, from good positioning and attacking movements, to dribbling and feints, to being able to send a bullet into the net using his head.
    Watch his historic performance vs the Real Madrid Galacticos team to secure a 6-1 win.

    un jóven e inexperto Sergio Ramos ante un Diego Milito en su mejor momento.
    Me recuerda al cuando un jóven e inexperto Genaro Gattusso se enfrentó ante un experimentado Fabián O'Neill, donde Fabián se abusó de Genaro y lo llevó a la escuela.

    This was literally a 20 year old Ramos playing against an almost Prime Diego Milito. Also at the time Ramos was an RB, he wasn't integrated into a CB at all.

    I never really liked Ramos but even I didn't think he was that freakin stupid... offside throw in?!?! He even stoped moving forward to ensure Milito was in an offside position, if only it wasn't a throw in, and then he got jucked also. He got played twice in under 5 sec.

      @footballclub98 Год назад +1

      He was fantastic defender on 1v1 situations but he clearly lacked positioning awareness. You'll find out he couldn't keep the defensive line upfield or couldn't execute effective offside traps.

    • @maniacodepresiv0

      in 2006 sergio ramos was not a central defender, he was a winger. his style of play was more based on the attack, and yes. He is overrated, even so he is one of the players with the most presence in the history of football

    …and Ronaldinho, Henry, Eto’o, Messi, Robben, Lewandowski, and most La Liga strikers in 2006-16 ish.
    Ramos had pace and good passing, but my lord did he make a lot of mistakes in 2006-2014!!! The Spanish David Luiz but with international trophies.

    • @gladiatorscoops4907
      @gladiatorscoops4907 Год назад +4

      Ramos wasn't really that fast and any pace he had he soon lost. People forget how he used to get destroyed by the likes of Henry, Ronny, Robben, Eto'o all too regularly.
      For me when you look back at his entire career overall - Ramos was a very good defender, one of the greatest attacking defenders in terms of headed goals but purely from a defensive POV he isn't in the same class as Maldini, Baresi, Nesta, Stam, Cannavaro to name a few of the very best Ive seen in my lifetime.
      You rarely saw the players I mentioned get destroyed the same way Ramos did in his career.
