After a while, though, I can’t go very high, max 20 cm, and I always end up with the problem of the base being too thick and the top too thin, and it eventually collapses. I wonder if I’m using too much force when I pull up the clay. It seems like the pressure I apply isn’t consistent. It’s hard to explain ahah, but for now, I’m stuck without figuring out what I’m doing wrong when pulling up ^^. Do you use the same wheel speed when centering and pulling up, or do you slow down a bit when you pull the clay up?
Im happy to help... Hope these tips help you out 1. Try using a moderate speed on the wheel. Not too fast and not too slow 2. You need to perform the process of pulling the clay up with pactience and slowly.. no rush 3. The pressure of your hands should be even from the start of the pulling up till the end. And pottery as any other skill needs a lot of practice. So just keep going😍

Yes we were made from clay and the devil aka Sheitan aka your Master who never was an Angel but a Djinn made out of fire refused to bow down to Adam (out of Pride) the first human in Paradise, The Lord asked him why did he "refused to bow down to one that he fashioned himself with his hands" to wich the devil replied "I am better than him you created me from fire and you created him from clay" hen then was cast out of Paradise but he asked the Lord for a favor he said "Give me respite (a delay) until the day of Resurrection and I will surely lead astray all your servants" The Lord granted him that favor also saying that Hellfire will await him and his followers.
