Question here. When he assigns the second channel to the EMU of 1 and chooses a mic emulation for that channel, does that affect the first channel as well? I mean he is selecting the emulation on the first channel itself. Would the raw first channel also then record with the emulation? I ask because I have never done this multiple track recording technique, but now plan to. When I record one mic channel and use emulation I am under the assumption that I need not change the input on the channel to the EMU as he does in the video for channel 2. Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
Dear support, I've a question about the vocal chain in this tutorial: Why are the plugins divided over three channels in the channel control? Is it possible to put everything on a channel and record through it? I myself have the Discrete Synergy Core 4. Thank you in advance.
The only reason he uses three channels is to be flexible at all times, the channels with effects on them will be commited in the recording on that specific channel, but if he wants to change some sounds or settings he can take the “clean” vocal channel and do it all over again, but if you want to just put the effects on and record, you can, but he is just showing us the power of routing
@@mberkelie Thanks man. I understand the strategy now. There will be three different vocal recordings at the same time on three separate channels in the DAW.

Hello It is also possible to use 2 pieces Antelope Audio Discrete 8 synergy core to layer? So if I record drums and need 16 microphones, and how would it then work with the microphone modeling? can I connect 2 pieces of Antelope Audio Discrete 8?
Hi, I´m just wondering what I don´t understand on routing my Discreat Synergy Core 4 to my Logic Pro X? Whatever I do, I´m not seeing my AFX2DAW plug-ins nowhere in any of channelstrip options. When clicking there, there is no AFX2DAW appearing. I have allso EDGE Solo and various mass of plug-ins and everything seems to be ok. Tried also I/O settings, but no function. So please make a short video on an explanation, how do my Logic Pro X find this AFX2DAW. All drivers are ok.

It must be nice to know everything there is to know about a Discrete -- then this guy's videos probably make sense. Antelope is so fucked -- no info in the manual, and no info on RUclips. Thanks!
