I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma Crew cab andI'm approaching 90 k miles on these tires and I still have usable tread , 90 percent highway mileage . I recommend these tires to anybody looking for new truck tires. Amazing product.....
just bought my second set for Econoline e-250. I had fifty thousand on the old ones and they still had good tread on them! very satisfied with the performance of these tires!
I love these tires. I have a set of these on my dakota and after 3 years, some hard dirt miles, and garbage front alignment, these tires are still in great shape. they still shine like new the only issue I have is the side wall on one of the front tires has a small crack in it, but it might have been caused by a sharp rock because it looks more like a slash than a crack. I once had a 3/4" self tapper get lodged in one of the front tires and it didn't even go all the way through, I just pulled it out with a wrench and that was it.
I have a set of Hankook Dynapro atm on my 08 silverado since July of 2013 with 74,000 miles. Got the pics and papers to prove it. Best tire investment I ever made. They finally starting to show some cracks along the side edge after4 years.time for a new set.
I have had two sets of these on my Toyota Hilux, along with the factory Bridgestones, two sets of Toyo M55f, and now BFG KO2s, and can say for sure that the Hankooks are a good tyre, definitely better on road traction than the Toyos, more affordable than the BFGs. Would happily run them again.
Have these on my work van and 4runner. Snow performance is good. Wet is excellent. Mileage is good and they are responsive. Best all purpose value I have found
Giving these some serious thought. OEM tires on my SUV were Goodyear Wrangler. After the second set of those, I switched to the Hankook road tires, HP2 I believe, and they are more quiet and last twice as long, easily. Now I'm thinking I want something with more offroad capability, and since I know Hankooks have worked well in the past, these are now at the top of the list.
I had a set the last over five years don't reason I had to get new tires is a cord was coming from one of the tires they still had tread on them the only complaint I have a bottom is traction on wetness I had a Ranger 4 by and they didn't seem to track very well start spinning when you took off
This is a very good Allterrain tyre. Reasonable good traction on snow also. I have them in my Ranger up here in the Northpole. Condition are hars during winter season. So far no complaints. Goes well in over a foot of snow also. In ice no traction at all as spikes are the only one that has.
Have these on my 2015 nissan frontier pro 4x from factory with 36000 miles on them and they still look new. I've had them in rain and mud and they are awesome . Definitely will be going back with these when needed. 👍
Charlie sw9ve how are these tires as far as noise for City and highway driving I have a 2017 Frontier that I will be replacing the tires on soon thanks
I had these Hankook Dynapro on my f150 and they were great because they lasted longer than my BFGs up untill I sold my truck. These tires had little tread on them and even like that they surpassed many other tires I've owned that gave out with plenty of tread still left on them so I confident in these Hankook Dynapro.
Thanks for making this video man. Made my decision easier. Between your video and what I read online I decided to go ahead a pull the trigger and buy these.
This will be the 3rd set I purchased for my vehicles. Had these on my wifes 03 Jeep Wrangler and are running these on my 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee. These will be going on a 2001 Ford F150 nest. These have been a great tire that last for a long time.. Always have had good traction in wet weather and perform well in mud conditions. The price is great for the value you get.
I ran Hankooks for many years, but had a bad experience in 2014. I had 10 ply tires on an F150 for off road land surveying work. The sidewalls developed deep cracks, and my dealer just kept telling me not to worry about it. He finally confessed that Hankook wouldn’t give warranty on them, unless you could prove you ran 80 psi at all times. I only run 50-60 psi on a half-ton. I eventually replaced them with a fair amount of tread left. Haven’t run Hankooks since then. They lost their market advantage when they decided to price them as high as Toyos.
Had these tires on my 2011 silverado for 4 years now put over 53k miles on them. Replacing them in a week only because I got a nail in a couple of them. Other than that I think I could get another year or 2 out of them.
Have these on my ranch Dodge 2500! Best tires I have ever had... and Im talking driving through Mezquite and all sorts of crazy stuff. Rock did pay a toll on these though, but its normal due the size and weight of the truck and hauling cattle all the time.
Currently running these on my 2015 Ford F-150, 50k miles is about right. They've been great in all weather situations but as of late the wet cornering has suffered. I think the sipes of the tires shoulders have worn to the point where water dispersion has been compromised. Because of that & some dry rot starting to show, I'll be replacing them with the newer version, the Hankook DynaPro AT2. It gets high marks in most of the reviews I've seen & is still reasonably priced.
Great Tires. I drive a Trailblazer 4wd. I have a little over 60k miles on my current set. Getting ready to buy another set before the snow starts here in Michigan.
Love the set on my Silverado and bought a set of all season for the explorer. Only tires I have no complaints about. Would recommend to anyone needing a great set of tires.
2011 F150 with Duratracs and I HATE THEM! They have 38k on them. They have just wore horrible, extremely loud and they are not living up to the hype I was sold. All my research keeps leading back to these tires, hankook ATM. About to shuck these Duratrash tires off and put these on. Thanks for the video and also the updated video too.
@@gauravyadav6413 Just about 12500 miles. I bought the truck used and I made the dealer put new tires on it to seal the deal. They put four new Good Years on it and it made the truck shake like hell. I said no way was I taking the truck like that. They took the good years off and re balanced them and put them back on but the truck still shook really bad. So they put these Hankook Dynapro ATM tires on and the truck drove smooth down the road with no shakeing at all.
It's been a week since I got these hankook's on my Scorpio, before these, I had Bridgestones dueler ht(75500 km done) those were pretty good tyres too ,they would have gone for another 10k kms only if I had looked after them, been hearing a lot about these Hankooks so went for these dynapro ATs, going by your experience I feel I made a good choice
@@gauravyadav6413 Mine still look brand new, But like I said they only have about 12500 miles on them. I was really happy with the dealers 2nd choice with these hankook's Because I would have walked away from the deal if they would have left those goodyears on it. I still can't believe that four new goodyear tires could make a truck shake as bad as those did.
@@SidePocket008 they might have not balanced those goodyears, one of my front left bridgestones got punctured several times so I got a tube installed into it, the balance of the tyres was horribly off, post 60-70 kmph my steering wheel used to vibrate/shake, so I swapped one of the rear tyre with the front one, no shaking felt after that at all

I currently have these on my 4runner. Looks like the end of their life, but still did good in snow on 2wd. Side wall seem to be weak , too much bulging ( i have p metric ) im not sure if i should get these of falken wildpeak at3w. Anybody want to comment?
Those look like a pretty good tire, warranty was 55k miles. I think Hankook’s warranty is only 50k, but consumer reports rated them at 85k miles. Either one would be a good choice id say
My gf has these on her xterra and so far they seem like a good tire. We've had them out on class 4 roads, Vt trails and highway and no issues as of yet. Snow they seem to bite in well too. I need new tires for my Tundra and have been debating on a set of these or Genral Grabber AT2... just can't make up my mind
well dont go with the BFG AT KO2... mine are 46% wore at 21,000Kms on my 2015 tundra... im considering these. add duratrac to your list. havent had them on a tundra though.
Went with these for my 05 wk. My last set were Goodyear Wrangler trailmark tires which didn't last long enough. Got about 30k out of them! I didn't rotate them, but they wore evenly. I hope to get my $$ worth with these.
Thanks for the review! I will buy a set tomorrow. In the Philippines you can get them for what they ask in the USA but if you want Goodyear you pay 30 percent more at least. I like duratrac but cant justify double the price.
I am super nervous about snow. I have Goodyear Duratrac right now on my gmc 1500... But I only have 2 of them and was going to get 2 more for the back., however I was talked into just getting 4 new tires of these brand. So all the tread is the same and what not. The video said $150-200 and i only paid $109 each. So hopefully its not too cheaply made... The tread looks less agressive than my duratracs so I'm a bit nervous about that lol... Thoughts on if I made the right choice?
Falonito1218 I am upgrading from these tires too wrangler duratracs if that helps. These were excellent tires for me in all types of terrain, snow ice mud. They are extremely quiet on the highway aswell
Brendan Bancescu that does help.. I just got the hankooks and so far I really like them. They are super quiet compared to the wranglers lol.... Now feel like I'm downgrading😂 as long you think its worth going from wrangler to hankook lol (cause if not I'm selling these hankooks for 2 more duratrac tires lol) I'm so bad at deciding things
Falonito1218 I have 0 complaints about the Hankook at all. Only reason I'm getting the new ones is because they're getting bald and lately I'm on mud dirt snow and ice far more than In previous years. If you arent going to be in serious mud snow and ice more than 50% of the time you should be completely fine. I'm sure the Hankooks will last longer aswell
Brendan Bancescu yeah I was told hankooks last longer than duratrac... Alright well awesome... I live in Wyoming and our winters suck and I live 2 hours from home for college so I just get nervous lol.... Thank you so so much! You seriously eased my mind lol
Falonito1218 no problem buddy. I'm from Canada and just drove to vancouver, 13 hours through ice snow and windy mountain roads. I was very Confident and was comfortable at speeds around 80 km/h in sections where smaller cars and suvs were doing 50
I have a 2016 Ram 2500 with E rated version of these. They have 70k on them and can probably do another 5-10k. Lots of pavement driving too. Just started tire shopping for their replacements. Maybe be boring and get another set of these.
Ok. I just bought a '10 Ford Escape that desperately needs new tires. I was reading the comments and am now confused. Would this be a good tire for it or not? I had Hankook on my old Rav 4 and they were far superior than other brands on it.
I would still recommend them for your vehicle, I really don’t think you’d be disappointed! These are the best all terrain tires as far as I’m concerned.
Thanks for posting, you mention the ply several times but you don’t mention what the ply choices are, are there multiple ply ratings available for dynaoro AT ‘s and what are the ply options. Thanks
Thanks for the comment! Good point, I didn’t elaborate well on ply ratings. The ply rating has to deal with how many layers of rubber are in the tire. The higher the ply, the more rubber, which means it’s more resistant to punctures and can handle a heavier load (also ride a little tougher). I believe these tires come in a 4, 6, 8, and 10 ply. As you go up in ply, it also becomes more expensive. If you don’t travel much on dirt road or rough terrain, I would probably stick with a 6 or 8 ply.
@@DustinT harris3528 Yes Dustin, they opened a plant here in Clarksville, Tn. It is a huge plant so they are being made here in the US, not just overseas.
I have about 70,000 miles on my load range E tires on my Chevy 2500HD crew cab. I reluctantly have never rotated them. But, my back tires are not quite bald and my front tires still have about half the tread left and have no cupping on them! Great tires and not noisy at all!
+Jamie Tesiero Nope! You won’t be disappointed. As long as you aren’t getting in any deep mud these are awesome. Here in northern Arkansas we drive off road on properties to hunt quite a bit, and these tires have never let me down.
A local news channel (channel 7 Detroit) did a "Don't waste your money" segment saying Michelin tires are the best, but if you can't afford them try Hankook.
Jeff Pittel the Michelin’s that came stock on my 2018 f150 were junk. Less than 30k miles and they’re toast. I just put a set of these on and the ride quality is night and day difference. Fuel mileage seems to have increased. Was at 17mpg and Im now at around 19
I’m thinking about buying these tires for my wife’s 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara ..since it has 18inch rim I was quoted 147 for tire ? At a local sears ..what I don’t want or more like she don’t want is that crazy noise some tires make on the road since she drives on freeways ..I was told they don’t ..but anyways thanks for your info and greetings from the concrete jungle ...or good old California where traffic is always a mess 😂😂👍🏻👍🏻
That’s probably about right, I’ve got a link in the description for this tire on amazon. This tire is great as far as noise goes, very minimal for how aggressive the tread looks. Glad to be of help, never been out to California, would like to pay a visit one day though! (Especially with how cold it gets here!)
Thanks much for the info ,getting some those wheels install today ,and btw Los Angeles is cool, too much traffic and gotta drive a little bit out to do some off roading ....but I’m sure you’ll dig it depending where you go ..
Dustin T so far the wife likes the tires ..the ride feels smooth ..waiting on some rain that soon will hit us here ..when it does everyone panics hahahah, streets get flooded as our drain systems don’t get clean as much across the southland ..so with these tires it’s a breeze to get through around here ...you would love it here man ,we got some great outdoors to take out atvs..from beginners to the pros ...I got family in KC ,Oklahoma ,New York,Florida ..I visited some and they seem good for off roading ..anyways cheers from Los Angeles

You don't need LT tires on this truck the pmetric 6 ply are fine and much quieter. In fact look at your door jam sticker and it call for P265 70 17 not LT . You may get a little more life out of them. Not worth the extra money. Nice video

Its the tire no too noise ?
You have to get 10ply for pickup truck/SUV or being used for towing
4ply is for passenger car
Good call buddy!
10 ply for heavy duty 3/4 ton and a heavy towing passenger tire is fine for half ton daily driver
I just got some last wk am really happy with them
Glad to hear that buddy!
What’s the country of manufacturing of the dynapro atm sold in the US? I know the headquarters is in South Korea
I believe mostly overseas, but with that said Hankook did open a plant to produce tires in Tennessee in 2017.
@@DustinT harris3528 Yes Dustin, they opened a plant here in Clarksville, Tn. It is a huge plant so they are being made here in the US, not just overseas.
Have these on my 02 sequoia
Are these all terrain tires?
Yep these are an all terrain tire
Are they cupping at all? It’s that outside, uneven wear that gets loud and miserable
I have about 70,000 miles on my load range E tires on my Chevy 2500HD crew cab. I reluctantly have never rotated them. But, my back tires are not quite bald and my front tires still have about half the tread left and have no cupping on them! Great tires and not noisy at all!
I'm looking at these tires and am curious as I'm a Hunter and go off road but not mud bogging. Any issues or experience in those conditions?
+Jamie Tesiero Nope! You won’t be disappointed. As long as you aren’t getting in any deep mud these are awesome. Here in northern Arkansas we drive off road on properties to hunt quite a bit, and these tires have never let me down.
Dustin T, Awesome Ty
+Jamie Tesiero can’t complain! We take it off the main roads here in Arkansas frequently, haven’t had any issues so far.
Well if a news channel is giving advice on tires, you know it’s legit 🤦♂️
Thanks for the review. I may buy these.
Consumer Reports recommended sold me, Thanks.
You bet!
Farmboy002 recommends them too. I love the set I have on my pick-up.
What does mean for AT-M stand for?
As much as I want to......I'm gonna take the high road and not tell you A** to Mouth
Vladimir Marley you bet buddy! How are you guys liking them so far? What if really like to do is do some atv riding out there!
Dustin T so far the wife likes the tires ..the ride feels smooth ..waiting on some rain that soon will hit us here ..when it does everyone panics hahahah, streets get flooded as our drain systems don’t get clean as much across the southland ..so with these tires it’s a breeze to get through around here ...you would love it here man ,we got some great outdoors to take out atvs..from beginners to the pros ...I got family in KC ,Oklahoma ,New York,Florida ..I visited some and they seem good for off roading ..anyways cheers from Los Angeles
are yours LT or P?
sorry, missed the 10ply comment, i got it now ;)
+dynomax666 these are lt. I went with the lt since I do a lot of traveling on dirt roads (lots of flint rock here in northern Arkansas)
I love on my 2006 Ford F-150 XLT Supecab 5.4 triton v8 4x4 Hankook tires Dynapro ATM and buy them again on the same 2006 Ford F-150 XLT Supercab 5.4 triton v8 4x4 and the future my 2nd vehicle the SUV should a 2009 Ford Escape 4x4 all my future classic vehicle the 1978 Chevrolet El camino SS.
be careful of duratrec tires only got 30000 miles out of them on my Wrangler
+Marc Aliventi Aliventi wow, that's not real good... I do like the aggressive look of the tread pattern though!
Should have gotten a bigger size man, little tires look so silly.
These get really loud over time. Not the best tire for noise.
These tires were trash I used to have them on my 03 z71 265/75r16 they vibrated at 80mph then I switched up to toyo open country at2 285/55r20
Probably did a bad balance. Tires dont cause shake a bad mount balance does. Do road force balance next time
Used tires ? Really?
Do you you understand the word “review”?
You don't need LT tires on this truck the pmetric 6 ply are fine and much quieter. In fact look at your door jam sticker and it call for P265 70 17 not LT . You may get a little more life out of them. Not worth the extra money. Nice video
can you even get this tire in P rated?
Of course
with a heavy truck NEVER use a P rated tire! Go with LT with E load rating or they will wear quick
What if he tows with it? You don't know do you? I would never put a 6 ply tire on my truck Good choice going with the 10 ply they ARE worth the extra money
hi theare I have vw t3 and buy hankook mug terain- its the best tires for Ukrainian f....k road))))) i recomendet
+azdruj yeah, I would say the roads over there are pretty rough! I would go with a mud terrain too
My gf has these on her xterra and so far they seem like a good tire. We've had them out on class 4 roads, Vt trails and highway and no issues as of yet. Snow they seem to bite in well too. I need new tires for my Tundra and have been debating on a set of these or Genral Grabber AT2... just can't make up my mind
Shawn Bates ...I put a set on my Xterra....love em
