    I cant understand why the recording companies virtually ignored Dwayne Croft. His timbre was so gorgeous and impeccable technique.

    Duane and Richard are both incredible artists. I’ve seen them both many times. Interesting story about Glimmerglass; sometimes you’re not appreciated in your own hometown. Kaufmann recently said that Munich shunned him for many years.

      Same with more than one tenor from Argentina. Their country ignored them.

      ​@kennethwayne6857 agreed. Some people have to go overseas to get appreciated or valued in America. It's interesting that if you're from a place, they tend to overlook you for some reason. Lol

    I like Dwayne croft a lot more than Thomas Hampson.
