Love these two! Such a beautiful couple on stage and off. Heard them sing together for the first time in Opera du Paris, then at the Royal Opera House, just gorgeous. Follow both of them wherever they sing.

Fascinating artists. Very interesting discussion about Violetta. I’m not sure why, but Norma has taken on an aura as the pinnacle of Italian soprano roles, whereas in Italy itself, the public considers Violetta the summit. I’ve heard many Italian friends say that if you can sing Traviata, you can sing anything.
