Sir, actually I have a 1year of US IT Recruiting experience now I am trying to change my profile to IT Recruiting I am searching for that but some recruiters saying that US IT recruiting is totally different when compared to IT-Recruiting. But I didn't think so they have that much of a difference between those IT and US IT. I really want to know is there anything sir please
