Thanks! I just got one of those universal cell phone mounts for spotting scopes and binos. Maybe If it fits in the rangefinder, I could get some pics looking through as it gets darker.

Loved the video was going to get the nikonstabiled 3000 saw lots of bad reviews so I went with vortex 1800 ranger plus lifetime warranty Nikon sucked so did leupold suck vortex start behind there product now I can shoot Steel out to 1800 yards yaaa...

If only it had a bullet drop calculation. Range finders in that price range should have that. Might wait until they have that feature. My old Leupold has that and I use it a lot.

The only reason i didn't include that in the video was because Vortex doesn't advertise non-reflective targets over 750 yards. Good luck this season! can i use it for golf?? will this RF tell me the distance of my golf ball I just hit of the tee, say it's clearly seen on the fairway and I want to know how far it is before before I walk up to it.

Don’t buy this range finder. My 1500 will not work very well in cold weather or pick up past 600 yards. I’m on my second unit from Vortex. Time to sell for a loss and jump to a different brand.

Yea, would have been a lot better if you showed what the view in the range finder looked like and really tested it to long distances. 2 stars
He tested up to 1500yds successfully. At 1800 he couldn't get a reading. Watch closer.
