How To Remove Navigation / Radio / CCC unit from BMW 645 for Repair

Yep I'm getting the same issue, glitchy display and no sound and it flicker on and off

Mine seems to over heat and the navigation stops working but everything else still works. Is the a way to upgrade and add Bluetooth ?
