When I was there the feeling of a storm coming. A tension like before a hurricane. It was the ethnic conflict between Macedonian and Albanians. Good vibes to both,

The only thing I would say that isn't very pleasant to hear is that you are calling the Country Noth Macedonia in every sentence. Even though you said yourself that Macedonians don't like that name. It would be very respectable if you tried to call it Macedonia.

I know it’s a contentious topic and something locals don’t like but I am using the official name. I don’t mean any disrespect, god knows I loved the country and people, I do this to avoid any ambiguity otherwise there are so many political issues around the world, it is impossible to be correct all the time. I hope you can understand it from a tourist/travellers perspective 😊
