I love your first reaction to Dan. I look forward to more. Though he is a power metal singer and brings that power to everything he sings, he has a great range and utilizes various singing styles throughout many of his songs.. Plus he usually does all the background vocals and does much of the sound engineering especially in the early days of his career. I love to watch and listen to him sing because it is a complete package due to the passion and drama in his performances. I have all of his cover-up cd music which I play very loudly in my car just to enjoy the quality of his vocals and singing style.

This was a song that never really did it for me... don't get me wrong, Amy Lee has a lovely voice, but the song just didn't hit me the same way as it did other people. Then I heard Daniel's version and I was gone for all money... his voice sits within my auditory cortex just the right way and now I can't listen to anyone else sing it... I guess he has ruined me for anybody else ever singing this song, and a great many more besides... Dan Vasc has everything it takes to get wherever he wants to go and I wish him everything he wants for himself and more. May his star soar ever higher. I couldn't be more proud of him if he were one of my own children. 🥰🫂💓 🙃🐨🇦🇺
I agree with you. There are other people with great voices, but Dan is so unique in how he uses his voice. I try to listen to others but I can listen to him for hours which I do on my 3-4 hour trips. He has spoiled me for others. I am not a Lady GaGa fan, but his rendition of Poker Face is fantastic. Listen to what he says at the end. It sounds pretty good now!
