did you use audacity to change the speed and freq of the voices and sounds?

Nope, Just use Freq change code on playsnd states
an example:
[State 170, ‰¹‚ð-‚炷]
type = PlaySnd
trigger1 = Time = 1
freqmul = 0.75
value = 0, 1
freqmul is the code that change pitch and speed
