I think your trooper is a non-eletronic variant. They released a lot of these without electronics in them for whatever reason. The electronic version has a red button on the chest on the round medallion thing.
No problemo. Your collection is awesome. I just found one of the troopers at a thrift store, and I was trying to figure out what he was missing. Mine has the red button, his electronics still look okay, and he has a pistol, but he's missing a missile launcher. They're really cool, hoping to find more eventually.
