    Thx My 26 year old ICU younger daughter is an experienced ICU RN applying from CRNA schools here in CA and out of state. She is also engaged, and owns a home. So many things and planning will be involved. I am helping her applying and share any helpful info with her. She is a very good student/RN with many certifications including cardiac, smart, focus, and hard working.

    #nursesrock i will be graduating 12/14/2023 with my BSN and I am already trying to prep for CRNA school prior to beginning as a nurse resident in a CardioPulmonary ICU. I am thinking about taking grad courses? maybe retaking some biologies or chemistries? I reached to a school to see how to make myself stand out and I definitely need to pull my GPA I am shy of a 3.0 2.97 to be exact but I want to become a CRNA it is my DREAM. I am determined. What things should I do to make my application stand out when the time comes.

    Hey friends. I have a question about woking in the US as a graduate from an europe country! I have a diploma in nursing from sweden and norway, I have been working for about 3 years now, and i want to take the doctorate in nursing. CRNA is my Goal in America.

    • @nzim1681
      @nzim1681 10 месяцев назад +2

      Nice you will need to upgrade to Bachelor degree in Nursing, write NCLEX and pass, get a job in the USA, work in ICU/ PICU for 2 or 3 years (however some schools are taking 1 yr working experience. after that apply and go to the DNAP (Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice) from BSN or from Masters in Nursing science. From 2.5 - 4 years you will complete

      @@nzim1681 Thank you for your answer! I will be completed wiht a bachelor degree in nursing from sweden. ( 3 years). The only thing or things wich I will have to do is the NCLEX, get a job in nursing and work you said. Question here - If I do the masters in anesthetia in sweden, can´t i just translatye it to english and have it sent to some office? I also know that i will have to work here for a couple of years before I can apply (2 yrs). Right now i am 20 years old and i will be taking the bachelor degree in nursing when I get 23 years old! Thank you aggain for the answer and your help👍

    I wanted to ask about the recommendation while traveling. Did u have to stay at that travel contract for awhile to ask for recommendations from them?

    • @ACoupleNurses
      @ACoupleNurses  Год назад +1

      I got one recommendation from a travel site. But most came from previous professors, and nurse managers, charge nurses. I wouldn’t rely on Travel Assignment people to write the recommendations
