ETH repeat shows a misunderstanding around the coaches and clubs too. ETH didn't sign players at Ajax since they had structure that identified and signed talent. United doesn't have that, the club does sign players but they often fail at their first targets and instead panic buy. Like Mount and Casemiro when they couldn't get De Jong and Rice. Both managers are used to working as coaches and not recruiters, Liverpool has the structure to recruit players for managers to work with, while United doesn't and is often clueless on recruitment.
