There are 10 x 4 bar exercises to try and each exercise focuses on playing simple rhythm patterns using just the concert Bb major scale.
This video focuses on 4/4 time signature and uses 8th and 16th notes (quavers and semiquavers ) beat values and rests. The tempo is set to crotchet - 80bpm.
