Why is it always the last screw that gives the most trouble?

Bei mir ist das Kabel das man in 0:39 sieht (zwischen unterem und mittlerem Motor) gerissen. Weißt du wie solche Kabel bzw. die Stecker die daran sind heißen? Und vielleicht sogar woher man die bekommt?

If a gimbal has a weight limitation, would we be able to change the motors to handle heavier weights?

My cheap Chinese gimbal can rotate infinity 360 degrees around, around, around and around. How are the power and communication done? Is it done by a brush between de moving parts? Or induction?

Hey there, great video. I have problem... The little black screws that are connected to the motor have came loose & fallen off my gimbal. Do you know how I can get spares? Thanks

Sure, search for M2 torx countersunk on eBay (or M2 phillips countersunk if you prefer). There are a few different lengths, 16 mm is the most common. You can shorten longer ones or just order a bunch ....

Well there is a thing called rainbow ribbon calbe but thats not flexible enough and will break soon, maybe look for silicon ribbon cable?

So you left out the "surprise" in motor question, what 3 hall effect sensors placed inside the motor were used!? :/ :\ :(
Also the the 3 black connectors I'd assume are for the three phases in the motor, plus the output of the hall effect sensor (gnd for the 3 pin).
The 6 rainbow connector wire i'd assume is for powering, programming (swd), & i think selecting one of the three target axis boards allowing for software updates.
Can you explain a little more on the cables?

hey! Thanks for the video. Really interesting. I have the same gimbal and the camera holder tension screw has split inside the thread... No idea how to get it out. Any ideas? Was trying to look for spare replacement part of the whole holder but couldn't find any... Photo is here: i64.tinypic.com/27xafp.jpg

Well there are CCW drill bits in mm sizes and cheap. Might be worth a try. Soak in penetrating oil over night and/or apply a bit of heat before trying to remove the screw

Why would you use non standard USB. That's just awful engineering. Just put that darn chip inside somewhere.

Those gimbals are Based on tech that hobby die drones use for years like the stm f1 chip and the MPU 6050 ,its not common there to have an USB driver chip

The mystery magnetic encoder seems like a chinese version of Infineon TLI5102B E1000.
You can find it here: item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=597530617927
I assume it is supposed to provide high resolution angle measurement
