I overcame all my dopamine spikes with the word.
    Yes the Word.
In the beginning was the word.....that word.
    Check this out:
He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man.
He that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich. Proverbs 21:23
My dopamine rush is a plunge of 200 seconds in my cold pool.....and the word

I’m currently on day 3 of not smoking weed after being an all day/every day chronic user for the past 7 years, since I was 16. The withdrawal symptoms are hitting hard, headaches, nightmares, night sweats, extremely irritable aswell. This video could not have come at a better time. Thank you Brandon this is exactly what I needed. Nothing but love and respect.

You get adrenaline rush all the time, and eventually the things that was giving you that high feeling become so boring, so you go crazier to get that spike again, and it's never ending process. The casual life becomes really boring by no means. I'm 18 and glad that I have stopped doing extreme sports for quite a year to quit this "addiction" and build my life.
