- Most of the public in the commercial hub Dimapur use Auto Rickshaw to convey from one place to another place but it was found that most of the Auto Rickshaw were running without proper indicators or broken indicators. In regard to this NLTV took a ground report at Auto parking, Railway Station and interacted with Auto Drivers

These auto drivers of dimapur they are so oversmart and wil blindly turn around without any hesitation and indicators they just dont gv a damm and if they found even a small way during traffic they manage to get in again and cause more havoc .
Good that the NLTV has taken this step to go beyond for our better traffic.

There are many car/truck without brake light and indicator its very dangerous.
Forget indicators, 90% of the folks don't even have proper documents
The auto union should be responsible for not having signal lights on the auto. Most accidents happen because of this. Teach the auto drivers how to stop by and take turns. Teach them the etiquette of driving.
Please check immediately and sizes all the improper vehicle before accident

Me n my friend nearly hit the auto ....in the highway... Because the auto driver was not showing any indication... N stop to pick up the passenger..... Hope auto driver will drive more safe in the future

Sometimes cover the driver grievances too... Why always against the auto driver.... Go and see railgate auto parking which is just 2 feet away from public toilet and the waste thrown at parking by people around has contributed to rats and unhealthy smells .... Risking health of the driver.
All the auto driver can join together and clean all the garbage then. This is just simple problem no need to complain
DDADU officials in collaboration with the DTP should held a basic driving class seminar for the auto drivers. The worst part of the drivers is that ''stopping anywhere on the road all of a sudden and also overtaking it from the left lane when rest of the vehicles are stuck at the traffic jam in a single lane''.

People cannot be just talking only about Autorichshaws of the poorer people. The more life threatening are the bigger machines of the more wealthy people in the form of their recklessly driven heavy vehicles especially trucks that have the claim of being working in the sites without proper maintenance and upkeep of all these prerequisite of safety fitments such as working brake lights, signal lightings, indicators and rear view mirrors, but once their shift in the work site gets over, there's that great tendency all these vehicles proceeding back home taking the highways or most frequently used public traffic roads and mostly being reckless driven by drunken drivers or so called handymen without licence to drive. And personnel of the law enforcing agency are least bothered even if these scenes are regularly being seen or on many occasions incident of road accidents and casualties on the death of many a precious lives are seen because of this nature not being checked nor controlled.
So, who do we think are to be blamed for all these? My suspicion is none but our society that needs more awareness.

Starting from Auto ending from Autorickshaw 😅, why not other vehicles like 2 and 4 wheelers
Misa misi.. autorickshaws just enter the lane at junctions without even looking to see if the road is free. Forget about hand signals. What is signal light to them when they overtake from left or right at their whims?? They stop wherever they want. They squeeze in roughly from the left side knowing that car owners are afraid of getting their car paint scratched.
This auto drivers can talk more then the reporter. Don't give them chance to rectify.
Finally! this is what Im taking abt,,as per the auto drivers comments it shows auto union never take responsibility,so auto union please take strict action on that cz all the auto drivers,drive there auto like snakes

Whenever the Autorickshaw drivers are interviewed by Medias wala's they easily escaped with this & that excuses . Besides, these non local drivers hesitated talking nagamese, better hindi so that they can fooled the interviewers. Without signal lights & indicators in vehicles it meant lots of danger. They must be force to fix it right early as possible. 😊👏
Please take challenge and ask to our own people as well if our own naga improve and follow the rules then definitely the outsider will follow as well.

..why targeting only to auto rickshaw ? Is there only auto rickshaw ply in Dimapur city? The other four wheeler or two wheelers are perfect in traffic discipline? I could see the NLTV journalist have interested in auto rickshaw but why? Nltv journalist doesn't have an eye to other vehicles? Yes commercial motors like auto's and taxi and bus are more important.... Since they carry passengers.. all motor vehicle ply under motor vehicle Section . So be more general and have interview with four wheelers and two wheelers in coming days... ❤

My request to the council would be, completely stop them from driving the auto until the lights, and all are fixed... Just interviewing and showing won't fix the problem... We have to take it far by completely stopping them from using their auto.. Which will therefore put fear in them...

Yeah seriously driving in dimapur is very risky.... 90% do not use indicator and always driving and overtaking in a wrong lane... Nobody take gives a damn.... I rarely drive down to dimapur but it's very risky and the autos like to overtake any side anywhere... They even drive in the pedestrian lane
Most of the auto drive switch land as soon as the see passanger without look what's behind them .

Young or old drivers makes no difference. Auto drivers makes one lane four lane. President should check their movements and be held accountable. Let the members see that the auto drivers follow traffic rules. Always in an emergency unable to drive in line.

It is very important to have indicators lights & more over its compulsory for every vehicles but why this drivers are giving damn excuses too over smart nahoi concern authority or union should please check this things.
Those non local Auto driver are creating lot of problems within dimapur areas because they used to turn immediately wherever and whenever they want without giving any signal specially in Buzz traffic. So if responsibility department take up the issues it will be better.
