Such a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor. I love his intelligence and that laugh is contagious! Glad to see him put a few overblown rumors to rest also. I love down to earth people and he is one of them. Thanks for posting this :-)
He's set the record straight on the chicken story a thousand times, and yet I've talked to two people who swore they were at the Toronto concert and saw him bite down on the chicken's neck and rip it off before throwing it in the audience. Pictures support Cooper's version, but people see what they want to see.
Without him, his inspiration and guidance as a role model as a musician and artist, I would have either gotten onto drugs or killed myself when I was 15 - he saved my life and made me the success I am today
“In Concert” the show with Alice aired in 1972, I saw it on Vancouver cable as a girl of 14 sneaking in the middle of the night watching the big console TV in my grandparents house, getting caught, but not getting heck for it !!! Best Grandfather ever that never told my mom. I was seriously head over heals in love with Alice then, and I still have my attraction now, 50 years later. Such a beautiful man.
did alice cooper just do a monty python reference? "sheep don't fly so much as plummet" was a line from an episode of flying circus. this is (one of the many reasons) why I love Alice Cooper, he is knowledgable but can still rock out.
@@TheIndependentLensas a wheelchair user myself I would have to agree with that statement lol 😂 just like all of them running it over with their chairs or something like my god are we really that animalistic? 🤣
He is a really nice, down to earth guy. I did the meet and greet this year. I wanted to ask him so many questions, but I didn't want to press my luck or push my time limit. But we did talk about his friendship with Groucho Marx and Rob Zombie. When he shook my hand, he asked of I played golf because of the callus on my hand. I said, "No, I just work hard."
The dude is intelligent and educated .He puts on a hell've show. The godfather of shock-rock. Follow by the likes of R. Zombie and M. Manson. He blazed the path for a whole new genre. If you don't like Alice Cooper, then you suck.
@DerAlmighty What's funny is people sais Ozzy bit the head of a live bat. It wasn't, it was dead. People threw plastic bats on stage, and he just happened to pick that one up that was a real dead bat.
@@harryzimmerman7991 That is true. Shep had the chicken backstage, never hinted to Alice he had it. It has been mentioned it was a band member pet. Shep threw it on stage, knowing Alice would do something goofy with it. In other interviews by other band members this is mentioned.
Maybe the wheelchair people, between your rousing music, and their pent-up anger about their condition made them do it, which was maybe a good deed chicken sacrafice! Like voodoo. It was probably good for them!
Love him, his voice, his laugh, his attitude, his radiant smile, the sincerity in his eyes. That's a great man.
He really is an amazing man. So genuine and down to earth.
Jody Perkins Likewise. His act always had a sense of humor to it, unlike later shock-rock acts.
in this, his voice is so calm and soothing ... i love alice cooper and vincent damion furiner
Geezer! Vincent Damon Furnnier, you dweeb! Get it right if you gonna post it!
@@leealllrred3718... You say that but... It's Furnier.
LOVE HIM!!!! He's one of those people you could talk with for hours and hours!
And hours and hours….
❤🤘🏻🤘🏻
"got my tickets, got my wallet, got my drugs, got my chicken."
love that lol
Alice is probably the nicest, most rounded rock star to survive that era. Happy belated B-Day (Feb 4th).
Just saw him for the 4th time. This time, I got to take my son along. Alice Cooper's music spans through the generations. His shows are brilliant :)
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
His laugh and voice are pure gold :)
His laugh could kill! It's so sexy !

Awwww... he'll be in my dreams again tonight! Merry Christmas Alice!
He seems so humble and charismatic.
Alice Cooper's face when he laughs reminds me of Steve Carrell when he laughs.
he has the cutest laugh
Bro didn't we just go to the same Alice Cooper concert?
@@roseoneal3196 PFFF YEAH
Love his shows been to 2 of them. Awsome guy
Alice is very charisamatic! He has an amazing smile! He is a really nice guy but he will never admit it because he is afraid it would hurt his image!
C McCampbell He's been through the wringer , with alcoholism and cocaine, but, seems to have come through a lot better than Ozzy.
Shhhhh love His VOICE!! Had a dream he took me on a date and gave me a backstage pass 😁❤...sexy voice...
I love Alice . . .

I think it was around the year 1971 I saw Alice Cooper on a new live tv concert show called in concert. I have been a fan ever since

He looks almost exactly the same as he did three decades ago.
Steve Carell with long hair.
He Is One Of The Reasons Why I Don't Drink Or Do Drugs......He's My Hero
I want to look like Alice Cooper when I will have 64 !
He's so charismatic and that's very attractive in a man.
Oh, I stayed up to watch this! It was AWESOME!
@Motorskallen He's also a very down to earth and nice person. I met him back in May 2010, had to be one of the greatest moments in my entire life. :-)
did alice cooper just do a monty python reference? "sheep don't fly so much as plummet" was a line from an episode of flying circus. this is (one of the many reasons) why I love Alice Cooper, he is knowledgable but can still rock out.
Alice, que tipo tan agradable y buena onda, bonito caracter, voz y hermosos ojos, y sus temas románticos ❤
2:02 "singer", fuck, he's a legend.
God, I fucking love this man. :')
NEVER get tired of this story
One of the true great Americans; Ben Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, Alice Cooper!
love love love alice;) sweet!
His ´laugh`..?....I find his full head of jet black hair much more amazing ,for a man his age....
GOSH! I love this man so fuckin' much!!
omg i love him.. LOL.
The chicken plummeted like the turkeys on WKRP.
WKRP Turkey Thanksgiving Show , was the best show in the series. Love it so much.
Story, bizarre as it was, was too funny. I'm with him on that one - who the hell even brings a live chicken to a concert to begin with?
Imagining the insane scene of people in wheelchairs ripping it apart is funny but disturbing.
@@TheIndependentLensas a wheelchair user myself I would have to agree with that statement lol 😂 just like all of them running it over with their chairs or something like my god are we really that animalistic? 🤣
Hes so different in person compared to his songs. But I love his music! Ive listened to it since I was like born!

Thomas Chavers
Lucky you I'm so jealous!
If you look really close you can see the black lines above his eyes from the makeup.
want a great smile? pause at 1:29
Fake teeth dentures. They aren’t Alice’s original teeth. His first set of capped teeth looked better than these.
Ya ik but in his songs hes like freaky sometimes but its awesome because hes like a legend in my family
Alice cooper chicken iicident was in 1969 - 70, Ozzy Ozbourne bat was in the late 70s. how do people get confused. Alice is the true Ghoul of Rock
Great guy

Alice Cooper is Cool! 😎👍
This guy is growing on me like a wildfire. Too bad I was born after the height of his career. 😖
His laugh face made my think of Steve Carell O.O
It's joe from practical jokers!
When I saw him in Australia three people tried to bring in live Aussie pythons into the show
Got my drugs got my chicken..😂😂
madre di dio che figo!!!!!
the chicken incident is on youtube

3:07 as a wheelchair user myself I’m rotfl 🤣
Alice Cooper is the bad side of Vincent Furnier.
only seems ..... HE IS !!!!!!
ALICE COOPER OS MY HERO!!!!! XD
@Motorskallen That's cuz he is. LOLZ
@tall32guy It's cool how he is The father of horror rock on stage and the King of Pop off stage ;)
awesome!
It's a bird, it has feathers, it should fly.
The problem is that people confuse the biting with that of Ozzy Osbourne.
Thats a miracle!
"The Dahmer party on wheels"!!! LMAO!
what a fuckin legend lol i just saw him lol
Well, what did you expect them to bring in? Puppy dogs? Hehe.
I admire their spirit!
How many times has he told the story about that chicken?
@DerAlmighty What's funny is people sais Ozzy bit the head of a live bat. It wasn't, it was dead. People threw plastic bats on stage, and he just happened to pick that one up that was a real dead bat.
Cool. But I wish someone could interview Alice just once without bringing up the damned chicken.
Its like the Donner party on wheels! lmfao
damn! disabled people killing a chicken! sick!
didn't know that at all!! WOW!!
yea, you can't forget the chicken!
lol!
you think that too!! haha!
I thought he said Shep threw the chicken on stage.
i think it was, trying to stir things up, he accomplished that alright
@@harryzimmerman7991 That is true. Shep had the chicken backstage, never hinted to Alice he had it. It has been mentioned it was a band member pet. Shep threw it on stage, knowing Alice would do something goofy with it. In other interviews by other band members this is mentioned.
Chicken and Alice Cooper a little bit like Bat and
Ozzy Osbourne
THANK GOD FOR CHICKENS AND PEOPLE IN WHEEL CHAIRS!!
Don't let him hear you say that! It would not make him happy.
