This is due to the fact that all of scythes 0 to death “combos” are escapable. I understand that you may see a 0TD with scythe and think that’s the general gameplay with the weapon, but those involve multiple reads and predictions. Not just a simple dodge on stage to a kill.
@@LeviathanMVS i get what u mean but most of the players in the game tend to dodge inwards or jump out of combos, i personally find it hard to get the second or third followup after a dodge read so if u know how most of the players are playing, i guess it actually doable to make a "generell" 0 to death guide or combo that works in MOST of the cases not in all of course
That’s some very twisted logic my friend. I’d like to go over the fact that dodging in is common at “lower elos”. At higher elos, it’s either uncommon, or unexpected due to the lack of “higher elo” players that do it. In which I provide dodge reads that work on a majority of dodges. Cause scythe is a freestyle weapon essentially. The opponent has multiple options for escaping those set-ups: fastfalling, jumping, dodging in the 9 directions, or doing a wake up option. So it’s close to impossible to make an actual guide on 0 to Deaths. Take cannon for example. The weapon had unavoidable set ups after 1 read, making it the “0 To Death” weapon. While scythe has to get multiple reads to get a real 0 to Death. In which I’d like to refer back to the multiple option they have to avoid this. I understand where you’re getting at, but you have to think of this guide being more universal. I’m trying to list dodge reads and how to go off of these dodge reads. If it leads them to a 0 to death due to the players ability to read the opponent again, congrats. But these guides are meant to help in the sense of punishing certain options, while knowing what options you have afterwards.

Silomin it comes after time really, as you start hitting the strings band reads consistently, you’ll know what options work and which can punish certain getaway options. You were still right in a sense, it’s a manner of knowing the common or most “general” reaction to strings, and covering that options. But it still doesn’t hurt to lab followups afterwards. You might even find yourself an amazing option that could lead to death.

I haven’t played Ranked since the start of this season, but I did get Diamond for the border. If I could give an exact number though, I think it was 2050 to 2060, some where around there at least.
combos is clickbait. skythe is cancer read combo :D but overall nice strings. and i like that it finally evolved to "can cover these dodges" cuz when it released ppl couldnt use it properly

Dair nair you don’t chase dodge at all. For dair reverse nair, he was chase dodging to the left or right (not diagonally)

Nlight -> nair is also a true combo if you input it fast enough , for me it only works with volkov cuz of his high dex
