First of all, great video. One of the best I've ever seen. Having lost our house a few years ago in a fire storm with winds above 60 MPH, please be careful when using this or any fire fighting equipment. This is a great idea for putting out spot fires or wetting down areas to prevent a fire but do not use if a massive fire is upon you. I guess, understand your limitations! The fire that destroyed our house had temperatures above 2000 degrees and if we had stayed back to fight the fire, we would have been incinerated, so be careful. You did a great job with this video!
Make it a point to apply your Teflon tape on the threads in a clockwise direction. That way, the threads will not pull against the tape as you tighten them. Good job!
I have the same water pump just the older model with 2 stroke engine. It helps to use 1 1/4 inch or 1 1/2 inch suction hose. You will see a big improvement in water flow. Have you ever used this to put out a fire? Check out Waterax Mini Striker forest fire fighting water pump, it is $1,249.99 when you see how powerful it is you will see why it cost so much.

Thank you!! Hopefully you got a new house now. We have a good defensible space around us

I like his rough estimates on the load capacity of the truck! lol.
Exact estimate
Having hard time finding 1 inch female npt coupling. And will a regular hose fit it?
Try looking at home depot also no,
it only fits a 1 inch intake hose
does this little rig put out remotely enough pressure to actually put out a real brush fire?
100% sure does!
Ant idea how long it takes you system to drain that tote?
30 minutes
35 Gallons Per Minute max flow on a 275 gallon IBC tote = about 8 minutes wide open. But longer with the nozzle restriction
