  • Saved this video for a rainy day -- so today is the day! Moles were tearing up our garden in the spring and tried the shotgun strategy for removal.

I have tried everything after moles destroyed my entire back yard. Today I got out the 12 gauge and killed 3 of them. Thanks so much for the advise!!

I got a serious mole problem in my front yard. I've tried drowning them, gassing them and set traps but bastard is still alive. I just wanna do what you did only difference being I live in CA and police would be all over my house if I shot my 12gauge out front.

Did the same thing and nothing worked. Finally, I seen a video that worked for me because I live in town as well. Just like this guy I pressed down on his tunnel to make sure it was active. The next day if it’s raised that’s a pretty good spot where he’s feeding. Sometimes they raise it after only an hr or so. Pressed down on it again and checked my yard periodically. Went to check and just like this guy seen the little volcano hill moving. Went and got my shovel and when I seen the hill raise a little jumped on my shovel and slinged the little sucker right out of the ground. How you wanna dispose of the little booger is up to you but it actually works. I’d say patience is the best advice. I don’t have a lot of it but as much damage as that little dude did I was gonna make sure and take him out. And lemme tell ya I tried everything. Couldn’t use a shotgun because I live in town. I read something saying they can dig up to 150 ft a day and average 18ft an hour sometimes. That’s crazy! Anyway, best of luck.

@@Killerklownsfromouterspace i ended up buying a pair of Gopher Hawks. After about 2 months or so i've caught 15 of the little bastards. Have only seen and caught one gopher in the last 3 months. Best $55 i've spent. Still wish I could blast them though.
