I started watching your videos 3 years ago when I knew nothing about investing. Shortly after, I opened a Roth IRA and just DCA into FSKAX. I’m 46 now, and almost have 90 shares. Plus, I’ll be maxing out my Roth IRA this year for the first time. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge .
Keep going mate I started at 41... was in 13K debt and living in my overdraft. I'm now debt free have a 45K emergency fund. 55K saving pot and just surpassed 500K. It's good to have a nice balanced portfolio... I am almost 44 now!
Hey! I have just opened a Vanguard account and its my first time investing I have just started off with a fair amount and I am depositing 20% of my monthly salary I am scared because I don't know what to do now :D
I lost a lot chasing individual stocks and I feel pretty silly for not understanding how investing works. I have a double major in economics but I’ve been trying to make sense of the market. Well done on profits!
Keep it simple, buy things you understand, take some risk but don't try to shoot the lights out. I’m invested in ETFs, equity index funds, and individual stocks and use a CFA. On average, she takes an agreed %age off earnings, but using *Lina Dineikiene's* system makes it much more hands-off. I conservatively follow her recommendations and market entry and exit points, and tbh this makes it fairly simple for me... I am convinced it's not just hard work but smart work :-)
That’s a tough question not knowing so many factors: age, financial situation, goals etc. FELG, SCHG or SPYG as cheaper alternatives for your growth section of your portfolio. SCHD, SPYD or FDVV for the dividend section of your portfolio. And if you like aggressive dividends and are tolerant to higher risk, I’d say SPYI, JEPQ, QQI and IWMI. But do your research. Personally I put down 1.3m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. It was this time last year I made a huge break through with 200k. Handed it to a firm here in Texas, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. IWM will probably crush it this quarter
I love Jennifer, I was in a conference in Connecticut where she spoke to the people, very sound human being, there is always this charm with smart, calm and ambitions women
REITs I'm in AGNC and it pays monthly. No issues. It's 10.30 a share right now and a high is around 20. Consistent dividends. Set up dividend reinvestment
I just switched up my Roth IRA to 50% SCHD, 25% SCHX, 25% SCHG, and my Roth 401k is 70% vanguard S&P 500 index, 20% vanguard growth index, and 10% vanguard international index. Seeking best possible ways to grow $350k into $1m+ before retirement in 3 years
Many individuals have a 'do-it-yourself' mentality but lack the necessary expertise. Fiduciary advisors are ideal representatives for investing, and I can attest to this. Since covid-outbreak to date, my portfolio has grown by over 330%, reaching nearly $1m.
I work with Glen Howard Chester and is NY-based. Just search the name & check if he meets your requirements, You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
I’ve always been an advocate of investing because it has paid off handsomely since I decided to dabble in it. I've seen my net worth grow exponentially the past 2 years.
Luck is way off the picture. Jonas Herman, a licensed fiduciary is the brain behind my success. I've gotten into a plethora of assets with $21k spread across stocks (options and futures) for the short term and Roth IRA, index funds, cryptocurrency and ETFs, for the long term. Now with over 91k in roi, I sit back and just reinvest at intervals while I handle my other businesses.
So do you think it's best for us who are not institutional investors to focus on index funds or individual stocks? I want to redistribute my 60k portfolio and I preferably want the asset class with the best return on investment. Thanks!
Index funds are a safer bet to start. They offer good diversification. But individual stocks could make you a fortune if you know how to invest in them. Know of people who have made upper six figures yearly from investing alone. But it's always a good idea to work with a certified financial planner. It raises your chance of making profit by a lot.
Think the best idea is to speak with a financial advsor. I also had a fair share of ups and downs when i first started investing, until I consulted a financial advsor in 2021, since then I've made over $670k in profits
Finding financial advisors like Carol Vivian Constable who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
Thank you for this tip, Carol appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her online page, I thoroughly went through her resume and I must say, it was quite impressive. I reached out to her, and I have booked a session with her.
My biggest beef with most ETFs are that they are too tech focused, and beyond that, the tech sector is mainly 10-12 companies. I don't agree with Warren Buffets decision to go so big into Apple stock, but I completely agreed with owning companies like Kroger. Personally, I enjoy researching companies so it's not really work to me. When I focused on growth, I averaged 40-65% returns, but I was investing smaller amounts and was okay with more risk. Now I'm focused on boring safe dividend stocks. 90% of my portfolio is in dividend stocks, some with 5 year outlooks, some with 20 year outlooks. The other 10% of my portfolio is crazy high risk plays bitcoin influenced stocks, psychedelic drug companies, biotechnology, etc. I'm okay with only 1 out of 10 panning out, and I'm okay with 90% losses on the high risk in the shirt term.
This was a great video. You have helped me with my finances with your videos more than you know. Keep up the good work Rose and I will definitely be a purchaser of your book when it comes out next year!!
I lost over $300,000 investing in $GME and $BBBY, which was very depressing. Now, with low risk tolerance, I want to invest wisely. I’ve been researching index funds, ETFs, mutual funds, and growth stocks. I want a simple portfolio with about 3 holdings.
I love SCHD and currently own 604 shares. I regularly buy more shares, but I also invest in growth stocks/ETFs. Right now, I focus on growth, but I plan to switch to dividend-paying value stocks/ETFs eventually. It’s advisable to engage guidance for a well-diversified portfolio instead of relying solely on speculations.

Nice info, i appreciate your concern this will help a lot especially to the young investors who have no or lesser knowledge on how the market works.
My favorite TA man. always on the ball, honest and to the point I like his core analysis, one of the best.
The clarity and precision in Milton market predictions are astounding. I'm so grateful to have found his reviews here on RUclips as well.
The market's top signal provider. Highly knowledgeable and level-headed
Hi Rose, let’s say I want to buy 5 index funds of different sectors but I only have $500 to invest. Do you put in 100 on each index or do you recommend just sticking to one and adding the 500 to that one in particular? I hope I made sense 😅 Thanks
See if your broker allows fractional trading to allocate your $500 into 5 funds.
Hi, great video, very informative. Can i just ask, how this would would with someone living in the UK??
You look smashing Rose... nice job.. index funds for the win
Rose, what are your thoughts about diversifing into large, mid, small, international indexes in a retirement portfolio? Or just buy VTI?
VTI does not include international; VT is my position and does well.
@@tonioyendis4464 thank you!

Hello @Rose Han, Can I open a Fidelity account outside the US?
Do you have any suggestions about high yield savings it will be appreciated thanks in advance
Hi, information is phenomenal. Do you suggest more to invest in stocks or more towards retirement in a Roth IRA?
Thanks for your reply. I need to know which one of these more beneficial in long run. I put 14% in retirement and some in both bonds and stick.
Can I invest in a Nikkei index fund from the United States ?
Subscribed. Great! 😄
Correction @10:47 - it should be FXAIX, not FXIAX (you said it correctly)
Thank You ❤
Dividends are dope. Personally, I sometimes use my dividends to buy other dividend and growth stocks for diversification instead of reinvesting in the same stock. To each their own methods though. The good thing is that you’re investing in the first place and that’s what’s important. Salute for the content!
The current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner
Thank you roseeee !!!❤🤩🤩🤩
Han, please go back and edit to black out account info. Be safe,
Great video Rose.
May you please provide the same walkthrough for options trading? I like to make some weekly income
Thanks, Coach.
I have fidelity too. At time stamp 15:50. You stated that it’s Thursday night and it will post Friday after select close. This is the main reason why I don’t like fidelity. You literally have to wait a whole day for your position to post. You will miss out on market gains because of this.
Can this be from anywhere in the world?
Hi Rose, Abbot just announced we might have a Texas Stock Exchange by 2026. What does this mean for Texas and the rest of the US? ❤
Do you think it's a good time to consider selling some stocks and taking profits, or is it better to hold onto them for the long term? I’m considering rebalancing my $800K portfolios, I'm curious about strategies in response to this.
How can I reach this adviser of yours? because I'm seeking for a more effective investment approach on my portfolio.
Finding financial advisors like Julianne Iwersen Niemann who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
Thanks for sharing, I just liquidated some of my funds to invest in the stock market, I will need every help I can get.
The indexes are at record highs. Look for sectors that are not popular right now. Cannabis is down 90%> its not rocket science to buy the MJ ETF
What is HSA account
Is fidelity charging you $100 to trade? I want to drip but it looks like there are transaction fees with fidelity. I’ve used them for years but now I’m managing it instead of them. Thank you for your time.
Ahh i watched one of your other videos and figured it out. Thanks for explaining it!
Can I just highlight that investing in specific index funds may also invest your money in weapons companies
You had me at Bogle.
I would like her to make a video on 403b accounts.
Love the videos
Please normalize the volume for the cut clips. It hurts my ears when I have it loud to hear you then it’s screaming loud on the cut clip.
That’s a big ass tree.
Hi Rose ! I have $5k I would like to start investing but honestly I don’t know where to beginning , I just need some help please
Is this your first ever live❤
Spending my money on silver and canned soup.
This time last year I considered crypto without much knowledge and decided to have a consultation with a fiduciary, and it was incredibly insightful. I got into the market with 15k, One year and a couple of months in, and I’m up with 550k. I truly cannot stress enough how helpful experts in this field are!
How can one start, most times people don't know where to start when it comes to crypto.
These young millenials and gen zs haven't ever experienced long period of lower growth. They will learn.
Just curious if your account numbers are displayed and can crooks use that info to hack your money? I hope not and maybe pull the video and blank or blurr it out. I hope I'm wrong.
Nice video, i would say invest in trading, possessing technical analysis skills is not sufficient on its own; discipline and emotional maturity play crucial roles in achieving success. Embracing the mindset of "time in the market vs. timing the market" proves valuable, especially during market fluctuations. I attribute my growing daily earnings to Shear valuable insights and daily trade signals, coupled with my commitment to continuous learning. Kudos to the journey ahead!Read more

But what is the catch of index funds? There has to be a catch.
Great info but not at all beginner friendly…
13:04 I have to open an account? I thought I could just call Warren
I started investing 2 years ago and have been going hard at it. I’m 43 now and for me dividends are the way to go.
