WOW.... this evening at about 8:50 pm on 102.7 from Miami on the road home to Boca Raton what comes on to my complete joy was "Royals" by my newest favorite group " Foxes and Fossils ". It was the fist time I've heard F&F on big time radio, where you all belong. Perhaps commercial FM radio has finally caught on to the these outstanding musicians and wonderful harmony's. Keep up the good work Tim and Foxes and Fossils, big time may be at the end of the road. PS > Darwin's Early Morning Rain would be a huge hit down here in the south.
If you can find a station in a sizeable town that isn't corporate controlled, you might have a shot at getting them some airplay. I managed to get "Road to Forever" on a live broadcast once, but I doubt it had an audience into four digits, let alone five or more. I'd love to hear "Boondocks" on a country station a couple times and have it catch on.
Now I'm diving into your older videos and was sure this cover was going to get ya. Not many bands- even good ones- can dial it back to minimalistic and make it believable. But you all CLEARLY knocked this out of the park. And you did it live!
Have you noticed that thier covers equal if not exceed the original songs. Can't believe Chase is only 15! 15! Maggie and Sammie and now Chase. Best cover band ever! Thanks Tim.

As a fan of Crosby, Stills and Nash, and Lorde, I'm very pleased to see there's a band that somehow decided to cover songs from both hahaha I love this. Love the harmonies, great work!
Every now and then I got back to some of the earlier and earliest recordings of F&F, and I continue to be amazed at the depth of quality, the preciseness of the vocals, the perfect mix down, the superb musicianship of Toby, Scott, Johnny, and Tim. But...most of all, the the pitch perfect harmonies and superb arrangements. It's not just the harmonies, but how well the voice blend and complement each other. It's the little nuances, like a quick run up, done in perfect timing and harmony. That is never easy to accomplish. It's an absolute feast for the ear, unlike almost any other band, cover or otherwise, I've heard. I am so over the moon to know that you've re-united, at least in the studio, to produce more musical perfection. Thank you all for making this world a happier place to be in.

With nearly 100million hits on RUclips, surely you’d all blow the ‘Billboard 100’ away!
Tim's original Road to Forever is available on the website. He had written many songs in his long career and is posting them on Patreon with back stories. Darwin and Chase also write songs, but they enjoy doing cover with this group so that's what they do. Don't fix what isn't broken. They have a couple hundred good fan requests they could record plus the ideas the band member bring to the group. There will be "foxes songs" coming, but these young women enjoy a lot of older music as wel, especially Maggie and Chase. Sammie says good music is good music no matter where it came from .
Noise gates on the mics helps a lot. You can hear a teensy bit of crowd noise in the first three seconds of this video, then it cuts out altogether when the music starts. Tim's been doing this a while & knows what he's doing.
You guys sound awesome! I’m loving the dance moves Tim! 😁 Keep the new songs coming while I make my way through all of your older videos and listen to some of my favorites over and over and over. 🤩
What a pleasure listening to them. Their harmony is simply magnificent. The spectrum of their song selection is so tasteful and these girls are amazing being so young. I would gladly pay to see them. Their popularity should explode soon hopefully. Too many people are unaware of them.
After listening to F&F videos made from 2011 to 2019 than this I have to say. (The Harvest Moon cover stays on a tab in my browser.) Sammie should be getting major props for how awesome and solid she has always been on the harmonies. She may not get the attention the leads do, but it's her spot on harmonies that really lift their tunes to a higher level. Maggie and Chase are beautiful on lead and the band is just right so no taking away from them. And the guys do good when they harmonize. But... It's the subtle purity on the harmonies by Sam, that just pulls it all up another notch without it being immediately evident. Which is how it should be. Just make sure she gets real credit for that.
Sammie sings her share of leads - and knocks them out. My favorites are Bartons Hollow and Nobody Love; she also was amazing pre Foxes and Fossils when she sang with The Mustangs
Hello from New Zealand...! Lorde is "one of us", and we're very proud of her. It's a delight to hear Royals performed with such finesse. I see the video was posted five years ago (to the day), a lovely time to find it. I stumbled across F&F quite recently, being absolutely stunned by the Don't Worry Baby video. I'm a huge Brian Wilson fan, and was happily surprised by your mastery of the song. You captured The Beach Boys harmonies almost perfectly. It's a deceptively simple song, but has some subtle complexities which were a hallmark of Brian Wilson's work. I wonder - has Brian see your video? I'm sure he'd be impressed. The same can also be said about your interpretation of Dedicated to the One I Love. Like the Beach Boys, The Mamas and the Papas had a distinctive sound and harmonies., you've captured this song beautifully. You have the unerring ability to be true to the original, while giving the songs a new lease of life. Well done - and thank you for the music.
Lorde's original sounds great because it was done in a studio. These guys did it in one take, live, outside, on portable equipment.

This is perfect! Two beautiful voices. Angels
At 15 Chase could use that power lead voice to change a fairly popular song into a memorable experience. Incredible !
Yes, stars are stars, whatever universe they find themselves in.
Sammie sings her share of leads - and knocks them out. My favorites are Bartons Hollow and Nobody Love; she also was amazing pre Foxes and Fossils when she sang with The Mustangs
Excellent cover! Love it!
So professionally done, amazing sound, fantastic vocals just beautifully done.
WOW!!!!! You guys are one of the most musically talented cover bands I have seen in a long time.
This really is great music. Loads of talent!
Can't believe that's 5 years old already .... Still a great rendition !
Holy crap! This is amazing!!
As a kiwi I remember when Lorde was all over the news here with this. You did her proud
The whole group is so talented.
I just hate it, I'm 68 yrs old and listening to your music makes me want to say OMG! ;-)
