Fantastic video Brad! Can’t wait to see what else you put up. I especially love that you use just good quality potting soil instead of seed starting mix.
"If you think it's cool, do the cool things" 😎👌Found you by accident via the flash of a black tomato image on Matt Powers' channel-Fabulous info. The spit hack is perhaps my fav 😂
WOW! I was just about to give up on seed trays... THANKS a lot. Great video!!! I always hated the idea of planting multiple seeds in a cell... it gives me more work then help me... (the insurance corner is PURE GENIUS!
Thanks for sharing all your experience! I've been growing tomatoes for a few years and am really excited about a few of your strains I'm growing for the first time this year. I'm sharing with my friends, so expect more orders from Columbus, IN!
SO EXCITED! Ordered from Wild Board Farms this year for the first time AND starting from seed for the very first time. The beautiful, unique, varieties inspired me to grow from seed, and I'm so happy that they did! I have had so much fun watching them grow. I tried 7 varieties: Napa Chardonnay, Napa Rose, Blue Beauty, Chestnut Chocolate, Sungold Select, and Lover's Lunch. The only ones that didn't take were Lover's Lunch, so I am going to give it another try even though its late in the season to start. Blue Beauty and Chestnut Chocolate have been the strongest plants out of the bunch. All of my cherry tomato varieties are still very tiny and not doing great though... any tips? Thanks for the tips on heat for a stronger & slower effect. My tomatos have been on the short side, but have had very strong, think stems. I was worried I was doing something wrong because everyone else's is so tall. Thanks again!!!
Thanks for all your videos. I always learn so much. Please keep them up. Do you use that same potting soil when you plant tomatoes in large pots, like the 3 plants in 1 pot you were doing?
I just was informed you created the atomic grape tomato. You should be a millionaire off of that breeding discovery. Thank you so much the only thing I could say is hopefully you can improve the plant vigor and disease resistance. Thanks again I'll be watching
Loved it! Thank you. When to pick the cherries? I am on east coast and my Barry's Crazy Cherry are starting to color a bit, and my Blue Boar and Napa Chardonnay are right behind. I do i pick them first blush and let them ripen in the house or do i wait and see? Big rain coming tomorrow but may be a little too early. P.S. My first year growing, i am about 3 weeks behind but all my seeds from you are doing so well! Thank you!
I realized today that I gave away more tomatoes than I meant to for a fundraiser. Silver lining: I get to buy some new Wild Boar Farms tomatoes at Red Wood Barn in Davis to fill those holes. :-D
new subscriber here heard about you from Roots and Refuge. I started a bunch of seeds in my indoor grow tent. Have you ever used hydrogen peroxide mixed in your water prevent diseases, ever heard of that old remedy? THANKS FOR SHARING!
I am in South africa and I am growing a few of Brad's tomatoes this year. Barred boar etc. I think his tomatoes are amazing.

Thank you for the wonderful tips! I didn't know that about running your fingers over them. And I'll try to keep them cool at night! Awesome.

We managed to get a few of your stains last year, and this year we ordered seeds directly! Can't wait to offer plants to the residence of eastern TN!

Can you tell me where to get that heater attachment?
Another question I noticed that when you burn propane does it not burn up all the oxygen in your low tunnel?
I couldn't hear what your seed starting mix is. I would like to know its name.
Great video information!!. Poor video presentation.
